I had an absolutely terrible experience with Blinds To Go’s at-home consultation service, and I would strongly caution anyone considering using them.

From the very beginning, the sales rep overpromised everything—fast turnaround times, flawless installation, high-quality materials—you name it. It all sounded great in the moment, but none of it was actually delivered. Once the order was placed, it felt like they completely disappeared.

Customer service is practically nonexistent. Calling for help is a waste of time—they don’t answer the phone, and when you do manage to get through, you get no real answers or accountability. There’s no follow-up, no communication, and no sense that they care about fixing issues.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of integrity. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to make the sale, but once they have your money, you’re on your own. The entire experience felt misleading and unprofessional from start to finish.

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. This company does not stand behind what they promise. Save your money and go with another company.

Staff is professional and friendly. They keep you updated on your orders via text and email.

Every step of the process was easy and the product is beautiful.

My rods and curtains were installed in a timely manner.

This is my second review. To date, February 20th 2026 I have not received any confirmation for a call back to correct this problem I am having.

I wrote this review in January 30th 2026. My installation was on January 7th 2026. I already was hung up once.

The installers were very nice and respectful.
There were at least two mistakes on scene. One of the rods for the curtains came in a gold color instead of the nickel color ordered and two winders were not addressed. I am waiting on Jamal who took the order to call me back. It has now been three weeks and no communication.

I worked with Sam at Carle Place. He was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He is wonderful to work with.

Showroom has large selection, many options. The measurement man who came to the house was wonderful as was the Installer.

Had an issue with queens location had to switch

Blinds to Go was able to make a 91" roller shade for my double window living room window. They measured and installed the shade after removing two blinds. I live in old build and the window is not exactly straight along the top; as a result, the installer had to reinforce one corner .

Valerie was terrific…knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! Give her a bonus when you give them out to outstanding employees.

Salesman was helpful and patient. The person that came to measure was friendly and fast. The installer was fast, friendly and clean.

The measurements were accurate, the installation went smoothly and the point of purchase was pleasant. Paula was very helpful.

Blinds were perfectly made to size and packaged very well. Easy to install ourselves and exactly as we expected them to look, color a perfect match , great quality !!

They were able to rectify the change from right to left on the chain right on the spot. Friendly customer service

Missing the correct blue handle to slide blind down - was sent wrong replaced ??? Still waiting / when how will I get the correct replacement??? Spent lots of money on this item !!! You have one job to do get it right - thank you

Service was excellent from the store sales representative to the window measurements and finally the installation. All were very professional courtesy and knowledgeable. The Blinds are beautiful and look Great
