Terrible drapes. Terrible service. Do not recommend.
I ordered both blinds and drapes in November, installed early December. The quality of the drapes is shockingly bad. They are too short, too bulky, and sewn badly. They are so poorly made they look like a bad home sewing project. And they were incredibly expensive. I have been trying to communicate with your company without any response as to how to resolve this. One missed call and a follow up email telling me they called. Nothing since. This is the worst customer service experience. I want my money back.

Great service and long-term reliability
The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They asked the right questions and very quickly identified the kinds of blinds we were considering, and gave us some quotes on the ones we seemed to be most interested in. They readily provided samples for us to take home to choose the colours, as well as a booklet in which we could record the measurements for our window. Because we had a somewhat oddly shaped frame, we chose to have a specialist from Blinds to Go come by to check our calculations. In addition, we had the finished blind installed by another specialist from Blinds to Go. Both specialists were very careful to keep us informed of their expected time of arrival; they were friendly, efficient and clearly knowledgeable. We did not mind paying extra so that we could feel confident about the size and installation! I should mention that we had originally used Blinds to Go at least 10 years earlier. We have been happy with the blind they installed, which is in a heavy-use room (a bathroom). As it happened, we needed a repair done on that blind just around the time we wanted the new installation in another part of the properly, and we were delighted that the repair was done for free, despite the fact that the purchase as done quite long ago.
