Overall I am happy with product and the installation. It looks beautiful. However, Blinds to go company policy of payment in full PRIOR to the product even being ordered or installed is in my experience highly unusual. When I questioned this policy the sales rep was a bit sharp. My spouse was a contractor for many years and was never paid in full until the job was completed. This policy should be revised to be more in line with industry standards.

The customer service at Blinds To Go was outstanding! Ms. Liylis Williams was amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate us when we needed assistance and in helping to resolve any issues. They really stand behind their products which is so important and reassuring. There was great communication not only by text but Ms. Williams followed up with calls which were very much appreciated. The installers were also fantastic. They were prompt, courteous, very neat, clean, helpful and respectful of property. I highly recommend them!

The installer was awesome!
The installer that came to my home was great. He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. And when he arrived he was fast, precise, worked clean, and took all the garbage out the door with him.

18 of the 22 shades fit
I purchased 22 window shades. The last four were not properly measured and there are gaps between the window frame and the shades. The should be outside mounted. I sent a complaint and no one responded. I thought I was a valued customer.

The new blind in my bedroom window is very stiff and difficult to pull down. I have to use both hands and all my strength to pull it all the way down.
I hope it will get easier as time goes on.
