Only blind company we have ever used.…
Home consultant Lynworth was very patient and helpful in narrowing down what I liked for options. Company worked with me when I had to reschedule initial installation. A second installer was able to still make that time line work when there was a personal conflict for the first installer. Blinds are different with the chargeable wand system but we are adapting! Fabrics, fit and design worked out fabulously. Only issue is one blind the “motor” sounds like it’s dying. We attempted fully recharging it to see if it made a difference and it hasn’t. Need to figure out how to proceed to investigate this.

Great service at the London store / but blinds to go is a scam
Great service at the London store. Was extremely disappointed in the supposed sale .after we purchased some previous blinds we wanted to finish the house in the same sets to match. Knowing the prices of the blinds we previously purchased .The prices were raise by an extreme amount over 50% then given a 25% discount . Shameful business tactic . Buyers beware of this shady company . Never again will we step foot and advise people to do the same . So your research and learn from our mistake .

I still do not have my order which was…
I placed my order on Nov 15. Received 3 weeks after.
The blinds all came extremely poorly made with hot glued edges that were cracked, uneven and had large gaps. The blinds were not straight. I have pictures
After returning all 4 sets to the store for new ones the store will not deliver them to me and the factory took 8 weeks to ship them to me. I received the blinds today. The box came ripped open. The blinds are not fixed. To solve the problem they place a zip tie on both sets of blinds which made the problem worse. Again I have pictures. When do pushed up the hang on an extreme angle. The blinds have uneven gaps and the valances are hotglued uneven. What a waste of my time and money.....
