Alina was very helpful on both trips to Blinds to Go. We weren’t sure what we wanted and she went through all of the options that were available for each of our different rooms. Installation was extremely quick and our installer, Jason was great. Highly recommend this business and staff.

Options looked in the rooms. She patiently went over the different options I could choose within my selection and made the whole experience great.

I’m very happy with my Allure verticals. Mike installed them perfectly, and special measurements were taken in advance. I was disappointed in the time it took to fill the order. More customer service ( lining up the installer, making installation appointment).

i brought back a defective blind we had for over a year,they took it and fixed and re strung it no questions ask , and we had it back perfect in two days ,very good business,good job

very bad - Spent 3k and waited 2 months with all defects.. no energy to fight or wait. bad

This was for warranty rework of 3 blinds out of 6 total. Order Number: 936281
Blind 1 - still does not sit flat like the other 5. On the weighted bottom the back in 3/4" higher than the front and does not match the other 5. The mechanism works fine on this one.
Blind 2, still not level (left higher than right) - also it requires pulling down to lock the mechanism from 3/4 of the way down until the end.
Blind 3 - same as blind 2 however the right is higher than the left.
In my opinion it was not worth the time to rework (warranty). I can fiddle with them to make them look okay but for the cost they should perform better.

The 2 blinds we bought took FOREVER to deliver. When they arrived the quality was not great. The valance on one of these two was wrong sized. For this they should have been very cheap... they weren't.

I outfitted my entire new house with blinds from Blinds to Go. The staff at the store was very helpful, the installer was excellent, and the blinds look great and are of very good quality. I’ve used Blinds to Go before, and I would use them again.

The store experience was great. Matched my patio slider blinds with the exact color of my living room walls. There was a buy one get one 50% off sale. Took about 6-7 weeks to arrive. Was scheduled for day after Thanksgiving but nobody called to tell me I had to call the store to arrange installation. The installer was not friendly, came without any of the order details, and was very impatient. Told me he had to come back the next day to complete the rounded balance because the wrong ones were in the box. Said he had my number and would call before he came. Showed up at my home unannounced and had some excuse for not calling. Luckily I was home. The blinds themselves are great and a nice addition to our rooms.

It took too long for blinds to be available but Ty was a good customer service experience.
