Was not told initially that the samples…
Was not told initially that the samples I was looking at would not be an option for my windows until I made half the deposit and the measurements were taken. Also was told that there would not be a gap between the window and the shade and there very much is. Overall very unhappy with the product and will not be recommending it.

Endless delays and mistakes, extremely disappointing experience
We placed our order for our blinds at the beginning of October. They asked us what color, came to get measurements, and confirmed with us what type of chains we wanted on the windows.
We are now going on week 4 of them trying to get our blinds on. First the measurement for one of the windows was put wrong, then they provided us with the wrong chains, and then a whole piece came that was broken which again resulted in us not having any blinds for weeks because they had to order the part, and now we are back to one of the chains being wrong again.
They are not doing anything to help compensate us in any way, and continue to mess up our order and delay the job. Super disappointed.

Buyer Beware
I purchased blinds, drapes and rods from Blinds To Go. My experience was not good. My order was delivered wrong 3 times. Each time, items were missing. The quality of the drapes are not good. Very poor quality. I was told after I received the drapes that the panels come in only one width size. They had to add several panels to cover the width of my windows. Does not look good. I have all of these separate pieces of drapes which looks “cut up” can see that the drapes are pieces instead of one whole panel on each side of the window.
The wand that you turn to open and close the blinds broke off within the first week after having it. Poor quality. No service manager in store. You have to go through 800 Customer Service to get help. No easy task. Waisted A LOT of time. Frustration level was through the roof.

Repair
We dropped off our blinds for repair after we purchased them 3 and a half years ago. They no longer were going up and down evenly. We were told they should be ready in 5 days, but were ready in two days. Easy process, but I had all of my original paperwork and receipts.

Still waiting on pieces months later
When our BTG person came to install, there were broken blinds and missing pieces to our order. Then the second time they came, the piece they brought was wrong. Still waiting on a final piece to come in and it's been months!! Not a great experience.

Problems after problems
The wait for the custom blinds was much longer than we were told at the time of purchase.
But that's not the worst thing. Out of 21 valances, 5 were correct. All of the others had to be redone.
When they came a second time, they were all wrong again.
The third time as well.
They came back to take all the measurements again and maybe I will get them in 3 weeks. That will be 4 months after the purchase.
Speechless.
