I had such an amazing experience working with Lou from the Nanuet, NY store. From the very beginning, he made the entire process feel personal, easy, and enjoyable. His style and taste are incredible! He helped guide me in a way that felt effortless, while also making sure I understood all costs and options along the way.

What really stood out to me was how attentive and responsive he was. Every appointment was scheduled so quickly and seamlessly, which made everything well taken care of.

The rest of the team had the same level of service from the person who measured my windows and the installer were both so personable, efficient, and professional.

I would absolutely recommend Lou. He is derive and style is amazing!

we are currently waiting for them to correct an error on the blackout shades, which was acknowledged by our 2 installers; the regular shades installed were correct

I received good service however initially my master bathroom shutter order was mixed up with my hallway bathroom shutter. It also took a long time after measurement was done to schedule an installation date and the installation date when finally scheduled was a month away.

We were misguided by the store staff and were advised to use an in home sales person. The cost was not the same, in fact quit a bit more. Never was told that would be the case. They did give a slight discount of approx 2% (puny) compared to the difference. Installation was great.

I purchased blinds for dining room and living room, the first time I was over nanuet store, I ordered and paid , they were supposed to send someone to take measurements which they charged me a lot of money for it almost 200, after measurements I was supposed to get an email to confirm my order, never heard from anyone, so I had stop by the store, oh surprise I was charged 75 dollars extra because 1/2 inch difference of a window ! So after I had to wait another 2-3 weeks for email to confirm the order and make appointment for installation, so basically it took me to get the blinds installed 3 months, I’ll never go back and never do any business with the company

The process was easy. All involved from the sales staff, measuring man and installer were knowledgeable and professional

Everything was great except for the screws that came with 3 of the blinds I ordered. I have an older home with sold wood trim around the windows. The screws they provided were like 3 inches long with combo/Robertson heads. The screw heads should work with a Phillips screwdriver but I had a lot of slipping and stripping. Tried various screwdrivers and Phillips bits with my drill but still horrible. Thankfully, I saved the old screws from the prior blinds to go installation. They were half as long with a flat/Phillips adapted head and worked much better. The blinds are good! Only the screws were a problem.

Sales personnel as well as the installer were top notch. Not so much , the guy who did the measurements. The measurements he provided were incorrect which took some time to get things straight.

There were some basic parts that were not in the blind package. Well go to store to request what's needed

I have to say my salesman was was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. I was very satisfied from salesman to installer.

Very professional courteous and friendly service

After a couple of years, one of the cords on a BTG shade became disconnected, so we dropped it off at the local store and two days later, it was returned as good as new, without charge. We wish all customer service experiences were as courteous, timely and effective as this one was.
