Great experience! Had my previous order from yrs ago with all the measurements so easy to buy. Very helpful staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend!

The personnel were pleasant to work with and were helpful in answering any questions I had. A technician was needed to realign the plantation shutters a second time. He took the time to make sure they were aligned and was very knowledgeable about installing them.

Professional from our 1st visit to the showroom in Attleboro, Mass.Very satisfied with the shades we ordered. Installer came twice. He remeasured correctly and the in installed them perfectly.Thankyou.

The worker who came was excellent!!! He finished the work perfectly and explained how to use the shades. I think his name was Saleh.

The experience was made easy, our sales girl was helpful & knowledgeable. She helped us choose the right blinds for our specific needs based on our budget. We did a delay because our product was on back order but it was only a few more weeks. Whenever I called to check in the staff was pleasant and helpful.

1 blind was broken when I opened it from the factory and 2 blinds broke 3 days after installing them. For the price I paid and the 4 months it took to receive them I expected the quality of the product to be much better. I don’t think I will buy from binds to go again.

Pricing and selection in store was confusing and couldn’t be clearly explained. They said the blinds would arrive in days but it took weeks. The screws that came with the blinds did not work and got in the way of the hook of the latch. I had to buy different screws with a flatter head. The whole process just seemed all of the place and unorganized.

Shades are beautiful. I recommend the install as Blinds to go tech did a great job.

The in store service was fair, despite a computer issue. Product is of good quality and was received in a timely manner. Due to an error on their side, my receipt could not be printed, but they worked with the corporate team to resolve the issue.

I am giving this a negative rating because apparently the blinds that I bought in 2012 are not the same type as today's models. In particular the brackets are not the same. I explained to the sales that I am alone, I do not know how to change or fix brackets and asked and confirmed if the blinds that I chose now would fit the brackets. I was led to believe that they would fit the existing brackets. Well, they did not fit well. They actually called me (I cannot remember why now) but I told them that the fit was not suitable. The only way I could get this fixed was to have someone come out to install brackets at $65.00!! I tried to bargain with the sales at Blinds to Go and pay half since I was led to believe that the new blinds would be ok but the installer said no deal.

I was disappointed.

I think the prices of the blinds are expensive for the quality you receive. I also had issues with the initial order being charged, coordinating installation and getting the re-installation complete (the re-installation was due to the fact that one blind set I ordered was broken upon arrival). The store never contacted me to let me know the replacement blind was in and then tried to charge me to have it installed.

The entire process was beyond frustrating. When I contacted the store to explain my disappointment, all I received was an apology - the manager never attempted to remedy the situation and for that, I am extremely disappointed.

The product was a bit of a let down, was not worth the wait or price. The clerks were helpful at store but the final product did not meet expectations. Picked out black hardware, holders and fabric in black, but there still were white plastic pieces and back of product all white. Which can be seen from outside of window. With the popularity of black windows and doors this is not acceptable. The fabric also very thin.(I upgraded on fabric)

Everything went well, measured correctly, installed in minutes (3 windows) excellent job on roman shades.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the blinds and is not what I expected. It’s difficult to keep the blinds level as they are pulled down or put half way up. The blinds don’t remain level or stay in place once fully up or pulled down to the window sill.

The blinds were installed quickly and look fabulous, I have friends driving by saying they look great from the street as well. Have recommended to several friends.
