Painless experience
Easy to pick what you want. Tech came out to measure for the new electronic blinds and came when he was scheduled. Same tech came on time and installed the new blinds then showed us how to work them, very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience very painless. Will keep them in mind for any new blinds needed for the rest of the house.

Excellent installation
The installation of the blinds was excellent. The installer (Dave) was very cooperative and helpful with suggestions. After he left and we saw we had made a mistake as to where to hang one of the venetian blinds, we called Dave and he came back the next morning and adjusted the blinds to suit our taste. Excellent customer service skills.

The shade is beautiful and no cords on…
The shade is beautiful and no cords on the side ...love it. It was challenging to put up but my son and I were able to install the shade. We had to move the curtain rod out on each side as this shade was wider that my last shade. All done and now just enjoying it.

We had a broken cord on a 10 +/- year…
We had a broken cord on a 10 +/- year old shade and took it into our local Blinds To GO where we purchased it. Th e person who waited on us was very polite and helpful. She advise us of the approximate number of days it would take for repair. She was also very helpful in explaining to be how to take another shade with a different mechanism in another room.
I received a call in two days that our shade was repaired and ready for pick up.
We really appreciate the help and courtesy shown to us.

I special ordered wooden blinds for my office and powder room that turned out perfect!!! I also ordered vertical blinds for a sliding patio door that were also perfect. This was the first time I ever measured and ordered on my own and my husband was impressed.

Delays in fixing installation issues
The blinds were installed about a month ago. Still waiting for the returns to be installed in the one blind. The wand in the second blind broke. We are waiting for the new wand to be delivered and installed. While the sales force may try to solve the problems quickly, the installation person/people are always busy and out problems keep getting pushed back.

Great product, customer service not so much
We love our cordless mini blinds. We ordered 5 and they came in within 2 weeks. Great service. About a month later we ordered 3 more of the same style and it took about 6 weeks to get them. I called multiple times and left messages for a return call to find out about the order. No one ever called back. I eventually reached a person and received the blinds. I was very disappointed with the customer service
