Great service, professional advice

The installer did an excellent job. The blinds look great.

Very helpful consultant made choosing window coverings easy. Technician that measured the windows was friendly and explained how installation would work. Installer arrived on time and carefully installed all window coverings. A great team.

the consultant helped me picking the blinds that met my expection for blocking out the sun and yet provides good lighting. The installer was meticulous in the installation to ensure everything was installed to my satisfaction. All in all a very good experience.

The roller shades we ordered were ready quickly and were of good quality. The personnel were very helpful in selecting the best roller shades for our needs.

Ms peregrine at Yonge and McKenzie in Richmond hill help me to find the right product for kitchen and did all messaermunts very professional anyway it is hard to find theses days here in Ontario quality products and kind of affortable blinds .. on that day I wasted 2 h at Home Depot nobody even knew about cm ..looking at me like a had 8 arms or 5 heads ..am walking with arms wing am partily paralized ..but I do not have to mention it it is visable ..and I appraised that comment are not made .. I come as a customer and I left -blind s to go as a happy customer “ -Home Depot is one of the worst stores here —prices sky rocketing for what ..people in orange captions looking purists or like pumpkins and nobody works in any departments ..well send them home ..nobody offers to even carry heavy items …and I be goi g back to blinds to go ..and this locations is my favourite ..and if I missed the other lady name -sorry anyway -blinds almost instaled my best friend was busy renovating ..

Love that mistakes/revisits are covered by the company. That's super rare, very refreshing and extremely relieving! Also love the A-Z service from measuring to installing to steaming. Awesome work!

Order processed in a timely manner and installed on time

We had a great experience with Blinds To Go about 20 years ago, so we decided to return to replace our aging blinds. We met with Marjan, who explained the different options, showed us a wide selection of materials, and recommended having someone come to measure our windows and we’re glad she did, because our own measurements weren’t accurate.

Adam came by to measure the windows and offered some helpful recommendations. A few days later, we picked up the new blinds from the store. I installed them myself , the installation for the sliding door blind was a bit tricky, as the cassette had to be perfectly sized and leveled, but once it was done, it looked great and works beautifully.

Bill the salesman understood what our needs were and helped pick the best selection for us. Tom the installer also was excellent

I had wanted my windows to look like this for many years. Now after 2 prior mistakes, I finally got it right and at a reasonable price. Store employees were appreciated and the installation guy was great. Overall, it was a pleasure to shop from Blinds to Go and I love my blinds.

My experience was mostly wonderful. I am very happy with the window covering I chose, with the help of the sales' agent. The price seemed reasonable. I paid extra for the old stuff to be taken away..worth it!

The only thing that changed the rating from 5 stars to 4 was that there was damage to one wall during the measuring and a gouge to the ledge underneath during the installation. With a little more care these would not have happened.
I did not complain about these but maybe should have, in retrospect.

We are satisfied with the customer service and the installer. They are very helpful. However the quality of the blinds are not good. Raising and lowering blinds are not smooth and balanced. You can’t even raise them evenly. Very hard to keep the blind level balanced. Our order number is 393023. We just raised the blinds one time and it didn't work. We returned it to get fix. Issue is still there even when installer was there and we asked him to try. So recommendation was never raise the blind! It seems we have to just live with it. the quality of the strings in the blind is not good and the mechanic of raising and lowering is not steadily.

Excellent friendly knowledgeable service. Blinds fit to perfection. As I installed the blinds myself the instructions were very clear. I had shopped around but Blinds to Go had not only the best price but great quality
