Not happy with the lady at the Kennedy locations
The installer was absolutely amazing!
The lady I spoke to on March 21st at the Kennedy location, not so much.
Was rude, did not offer any sort of apology when I told my issue and lied about how long the installation would take. I'm just sorry I did not get her name so I can add it to this review.

Email Harrassment
Positive experience with product and staff. Only negative experience is the continuous harrassment via emails to give feedback. It's been several months and you just won't give it up.
And after several months I give in and attempt to respond and am presented with a mandatory 'Date of experience' which blinds to go should be in a position to auto fill.

Great customer service
I have used Blinds to Go numerous times over several years and just ordered another houseful of blinds for new windows we installed. I have always been happy from the initial order, to measurements, to final install.
I have dealt with Sara for a lot of the orders but have been pleased with whoever I have dealt with from all the staff to the Manager at the Scarborough branch!

The salesperson was very nice and helpful.
I also found the scheduling system very easy.
Measurement and installation appointments were done on time. My only critique would be that the California shutters were very expensive. I think you could do a bit better with pricing.
