Everybody, from when we picked out what we wanted to the person who installed our blinds was really nice. It was 100% worry-free. The blinds are beautifully made and work in our house exactly they way I wanted them to.

Peggy was an excellent consultant. She was very easy to talk to and very thorough in explaining everything from the types of blinds/shades to the colors to the mechanism, and gave us quotes for every combination so we can choose what we want. We gave our own measurements and did the installation ourselves and she was very flexible and accommodating in that as well to make sure everything is correct and ready to go. The other consultants there helped with final confirmations through email and also during pickup, and they were great as well. We got our order less than 2 weeks after it was put into the factory, so it was a lot faster than I expected. The shades fit perfectly in our window, and the life-time warranty is very reassuring as well.

I had a mixed experience with Blinds To Go. Unfortunately, the in-store customer service was disappointing. Communication and support during the ordering process and beyond could have been much better, and I left feeling frustrated.

On a positive note, the installation service was excellent. The installers were professional, courteous, and on time

Our salesperson Ms Peggy was very helpful in our selection and sharing how much time it will take to have our blinds installed. Installation was seamless and efficient. Even offered a coupon to lessen the total cost. The family was very happy with the results.

We replaced our old blind with this new one because of color but it just doesn't seem to be the same quality.

He( person who installed blinds) asked to take the cardboard box down that the blinds came in. I later found it in the stairwell with extra screws, warranty and necessities needed for the blinds.

I have been told 2x since getting my blinds replaced in a matter of less than 2 months that the replacement would be ready in 2-5 days. I had to call up each time to find out where the replacement is because I do not ever get an update. Blinds are awful quality. No matter how many times I try to get the straight they are always crooked. Color is not what I expected...

Ordered blinds in September 2020 was told 9 weeks to make, a service man show up to measure my windows in October, Installers came November only to find the measurement was 6" short, he apologized told us the office would call they never did we called them looking to find out when they were coming back with the correct length blinds I was told I gave them the wrong measurements and they need $186 more to correct the length. Its the last time I will use them

OI can say it doesn't get any better than this The staff is very knowledge and helpful Some stand out more than others and I have To say Christina At the Richmond Avenue store is one of them. Always a pleasure to do business with you

Our installer was very professional and did a great job. Our issue was that one of our shades didn't operate properly after just one day, and had to be removed and sent back to the manufacturer.
