Installer was rushed and drilled through the actual blind, then thought the blind was too short in length even though it was just bunched up because he drilled through it. Blinds weren't centred in the window. It's like he had never hung a blind before.

I’m truly sorry to hear about your installation experience, but I’m happy we were able to have it resolved and remade, and that you are now happy with the final product. What you described feeling rushed, damage to the blind during installation, and improper centering is absolutely not acceptable and does not reflect the standards we expect from our installers.
I understand how frustrating it must have been to watch the blind be drilled through and then be incorrectly assessed as too short due to it being bunched up. That experience alone would understandably leave you feeling disappointed and concerned about the quality of service.
As discussed, we are sending this feedback directly to the installer’s manager for review and follow-up. This type of feedback is taken seriously and is important to ensure proper training, accountability, and improvement moving forward.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and for speaking with me today. We appreciate the opportunity to address this internally and work toward a better customer experience.

Excellent quality custom blinds at reasonable prices
Thanks to Edie for a smooth purchase. BTG kept our info on file from 7 years ago and when it was time to add a stairwell blind, Edie helped find and match the fabric and style. The new custom blind fit perfectly and looks great.
