Install took much longer than…
Install took much longer than advertised. One of three blinds was defective. Had to get it repaired. Was sent to wrong store and no one realized it until I called for status. It's still not re-installed. Salesman did not follow up or track my status, unless I called. Would not recommend to friends/family.

You’re absolutely right you shouldn’t have had to chase updates, and we should have been more proactive in following up.
As promised, I will follow up tomorrow with an accurate ETA for the re-installation. We also forwarded your feedback to the store so they can address the communication and process issues and prevent this from happening again.

The experience at the store was… 3-4 because the lack of fabric selections
The experience at the store was somewhat satisfactory thought the fabric selections were very limited.
The disappointment was with the measurements and fabrication of our curtains. We specifically communicated and shown the old curtains and pictures how the new ones will be hung. We will need only (one double width panel for each small window.) But, the order came with two panels for each window. They don’t hang right. They don’t look right. Very disappointed!!!

We had multiple miscommunications with the manager. The project was completed satis-factually but took 6 weeks longer than promised. Co- workers eventually got the process moving but communication from the manager was nearly non existent
