Love it. Looks just like my real hair and so easy to put on.

AWFUL customer service! You'll eventually receive your clip in ponytail but the color match guarantee is absolutely NOT something they will do or honor. It is a ridiculous return/exchange process and you'll never actually get that refund. They jerk you around so much so you will give up. The quality is not all that either. What a scam!!! Don't waste your money.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company is a SCAM.

They advertise a “100% color match” and a money-back guarantee, but that is NOT true at all. There is no customer service phone number—only email—and their return process is ridiculous. They claim they need to “investigate” the return before anything gets processed, but all it really does is drag things out forever.
They don’t send return labels, they don’t issue refunds, and instead try to push partial refunds (around 40%), which from what I’ve seen and heard from other customers, they don’t even honor properly either.
I’ve been waiting over a month just for a return label after submitting all the photos they asked for. Still nothing.
Do NOT buy from this company. They will take your money and make it nearly impossible to get a refund.

Ordered and paid for the honey blonde hair piece.
Took over 3 weeks to arrive with an apology for late delivery.
IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR so I asked to return it for the proper color I ordered and was asked to send several different photos of the hairpiece and shipping label and a handwritten note explaining the problem...so I did all of the requested stuff. Then they offer me 40% Refund and keep the hairpiece. I say no as I'm blonde and it's brown (doesn't match at all). They screw me around for 10 days and don't want to send me a return label telling me it will take 2-3 months before I will receive a refund. They flat out refuse to do an exchange for the color I ordered as well. So now it's been over 6 weeks since I've originally ordered this hairpiece and last week I finally agreed to the 40% refund out of shear frustration. 8 days later now and I still haven't received the 40% refund.
Feeling totally scammed and do not recommend ordering from this company.
They claim "Guaranteed color match" my arse.
Too bad too as it's a cute hairpiece.

I love my Blinqon ponytail! Honestly was not expecting it to look this real, my coworker asked me where I got my hair done and I just laughed. Five seconds and I'm out the door looking like I spent an hour at the salon.

This company is claiming on Instagram to have a 4.7 score on trust pilot and 1,569 reviews when they clearly do not. SCAM!

The hair is not that beautiful like in The pictures. I wanted to return The hair... They never respond on the email.

SCAM!!!! This product looks NOTHING like advertised. I am STILL waiting to be able to return this item. They are refusing to send me a return label stating that an ‘investigation’ needs to take place!!! They try to offer a small percentage refund to still make a profit. SCAM!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED!

Absolutely terrible product.
Colour did not match what I ordered and the volume is nothing like advertised. It is like a shabby rat on a clip.
