This company is a scam preying on vulnerable pregnant women who just want a decent nights sleep and to keep their unborn child as safe as possible while doing so. The company is not U.K. based, it ships all products from China which takes ages, customer services response time is very slow/not possible via the online chat, and the returns process is a nightmare! The 90 full refund hassle free guarantee comes with the caveat that you need to return items at your own cost to a dodgy address in Turkey which given the weight of the parcel is over 2kg it cost is £20+. None of the claims on their website of over 12.5k happy customers or a Trust Pilot rating is verifiable. Annoyingly, their upfront advertising is all contradicted in the small print in their website, so once ordered there is nothing you can really do. Avoid at all costs!
