Blitz took our complex idea and actually built it. There were a lot of late nights and back-and-forths, but their team was committed. The project ran a bit over budget, but that was partly due to our scope changes. The final product is robust and something we're really proud of.

Failed but, kept my $2750
In March 2023 Blitz Mobile Apps, told me that their company could review my existing project and make recommendations for Improvement. Blitz Mobile Apps agreed on the phone and in an email to refund my money if things didn’t work out. I sent them the project upfront. They never acknowledged receiving it or working on it. Instead, after a month had passed, they demonstrated a navigational technique they were creating. I explained, again, that I did not want an app built. I have invested thousands of dollars and over 4 years in creating the app that I have sent to them. I explained that I have a project I want repaired. Repair is the first step of the project. The technicians, after a few more weeks and very little communication, then demonstrated another app function that they had built from scratch and did not mention my project or what I had hired them for. In an email dated August 8, 2023, I canceled the project and requested a full refund of my $2,750. They refused to refund my money. I have asked for it multiple times and they have still not agreed to refund my money. The California Attorney General has been informed and a complaint has been filed.

To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we decided to rebuild the project from scratch, taking into account the issues with the coding and programming languages used by the previous developer. This was a significant effort, and we made it our priority to rectify the situation.
We genuinely believe that the progress we've made thus far is substantial, and we've invested more resources than the original project cost. In fact, we estimate that the value of the work done now exceeds $8,500, while the initial agreement was for $11,000. We've made considerable strides and are eager to showcase the improvements.
We understand your concerns and would like to extend an invitation to review the updated project. We are confident that you'll find the work to be of a high standard and in line with your expectations. Additionally, we are ready to provide the source code as requested.

AS SOON AS THE BBB ALERT CAME UP I IMMEDIATELY CXLED AND I NO LONGER WANTED THEM THEY TALKED AS IF I NEVER CXLED. THEY WILL TRY AND GET YOUR MONEY THEN THEY SAY ONLY THEIR VALID REASON WILL BE ACCEPTED . ITS CRAP. WILSON TEXTED ME EMAILED ME WANTING TO CONTINUE THE SITE I TOLD HIM SEVERAL TIMES HE DOESNT LISTEN, THEN WROTE A EMAIL SAYING HE WAS GOING TO GET FIRED IT WAS MY FAULT.
