Always use A E Chapman to buy my electrical products from they are efficient helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell very pleased with my new blomberg freezer

Warranty product and service. So easy to register product.

I was told by the retailer my washing machine came with a five year guarantee.

When it was delivered it had a sticker saying three year guarantee; I registered online for the guarantee and received a three year guarantee. I contacted the retailer - Herne Bay Appliances - who told me that as far as they were concerned, it should be five, and they would contact you for a correction. They subsequently phoned and told me you would be emailing a correction, with a five year guarantee.

Two working days later I have received no such guarantee:

Ordered the Freezer and Fridge from Sparksorld
Heathfield, Newton Abbot, on 23 Sept; delivery on 24sept
Unpacked by the delivery men and placed ready for connection.
Both appliances are working and in perfect condition
I have registered both with Bomberg.

A friendly and courteous person made us feel welcome. Although they did not have the double oven in stock we were shown the single oven, explaining the similarity. We were able to make up our minds and placed an order on the Tuesday with delivery that Saturday. We paid extra to have the old oven removed and taken away and the new one installed. Our oven arrived at the time stated and 2 very pleasant and professional staff had it installed within half an hour. A comprehensive brief was given and all controls shown. Overall a very pleasant experience and a firm I will use again.

I have bought all my white goods from The Washouse, three of which are Blomberg, very happy with all of them, would recommend.

Was able to view all appliances easily in Rodgers electrical, very helpful staff and all appliances came quickly and fitted expertly, we are very happy with our purchases.

It arrived via our local dealership same day as order and very well packaged .
Installed ,up and running in no time, I ran it on a 6 and everything was perfect however the following day I set it on a 5 and the machine was covered in water .
It was a bit of a mess / confusing sorting the ph levels
but sorted now

Easy purchase process, registering on line was easy but I could only see the 3 year guarentee and not the 5 year guarentee which was supposed to follow the registration, Perhaps you can confirm the 5 year cover.

Very pleased with our purchase. Does all we expect from a new fridge and looks good too.
Warranty was easy to confirm so all in all a good experience.

Bit difficult to adjust shelves to that one is deep enough to fit cartons of long life milk, not everything fits in the door pocket.
Shop stated door would be reversed before being delivered, it wasn't so fitter also dispatched.
Poor delivery experience, driver and fitter all very nice, but when removing the old fridge freezer it was tilted and left a trail of grey/brown water across the carpet. Fitter offered to mop it but it needed more than just mopping up, it needed cleaning.

Good company wouldn't go anywhere else

Jeg købte en Blomberg ind bygning fryser den 1/4 og den kunne ikke fryses 3/7 og der gik 8 dage inden der kom en montør og så nu den 21/9 var den gal igen og der gik 3 dage inden der kan en montør og skifte blæser, og problemet er at den ikke afrimer men lukker helt til i køleanlægget så den ikke kan blæse kold luft rundt, men det værste ved det er af vær gang går der frostvarer til inden man finder en der have ens vare men det er Blomberg lige glad med 😡

We are very pleased to date with our 2nd recent purchase of a Blomberg freezer, this time a tall freezer, which we were pleased has a freezer guard installed so could be used in our shed. We like the size of the drawers and that they are see-through.
Great that it could be registered to get a warranty extension from a good Blomberg 3-year to a very good 5-year warranty. Thank you.

Early days as yet but very happy with my new integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Both have features that are more akin to more expensive appliances, such as automatic opening on completion of the wash cycle and adjustable drawers on the dishwasher, and an ice cube shelf in the freezer section and stay fresh longer vegetable compartment in the fridge section.
