BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!
I placed an order for a wicker basket of various white flowers (sympathy flowers)! The flowers arrived at my home in Ontario, not in Quebec, where they were sent! I called the business line - they had the correct address because she read me the correct address! I also mentioned that the flowers I received were in a vase and that I had ordered a basket! I was told they would rectify the situation and would send out what I had ordered - to arrive the next day! Not ideal as I wanted them to be delivered before the celebration of life. I was grateful they were going to make the order right so I thanked the customer service lady - confirming the order would be delivered the next day! THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVED!!
On the same day, I placed an order for a WONDROUS WISHES DELUXE bouquet to congratulate a friend! I happened to be on the phone with my friend when she received them so I asked her to send me a picture. What she received, for the price I paid was beyond disappointing! I contacted customer service and sent a photo of what was received! I was eventually offered a $40.00 credit to use on a new order. They would not refund any of the payment!
I will definitely NOT be ordering from BLOOMEX CANADA again! I would not recommend this business to anyone!
If you do order from BLOOMEX CANADA, be aware that what you receive will not look like the photo of what you ordered!! Make sure you take notice of what the arrangement includes - vase, no vase, basket etc.! What you get will not be worth what you paid!!

I ordered a deluxe bouquet to send to a funeral home. The picture my relative sent me was of a very small bouquet (maybe 6 flowers) in a small vase. The one I paid for and spent approx $170 was supposed to be a large bouquet with multiple roses and other flowers. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Horrible service and even WORSE customer service. Would never recommend BLOOMEX to anyone. May as well pick the flowers and deliver them yourself!

Ordered flowers for my friends birthday across country. Website advertises same day delivery, I selected the next day ( her birthday.) the flowers were $75, on sale. Was a modest fall arrangement with sunflowers and carnations bright yellow and orange.
On her birthday they advise delivery is scheduled for 2 days afterwards. When I connected with customer service they did nothing to help other than advise they didn't have delivery service Saturday - Monday, and it'd be delivered Tuesday. Why did I select a date, and may $15 for shipping to not have it the day I wanted.
When the flowers arrived I was disappointed to see the picture. Small crumpled flowers of all one color shoved into a bag. No thought or presentation. The directions the florists get must be terrible or the florist just didn't care. Won't be shopping here again for flowers unless customer service wants to resolve the issues.

I was a returning Bloomex customer, but after this experience, I will NEVER order from them again.

I spent $120 on a bouquet for my mum’s 60th birthday, including an extra $15 for Super Size. What arrived looked absolutely NOTHING like the advertised arrangement. The website showed beautiful orange/red roses, but the bouquet delivered contained purple flowers, looked completely different, and was ridiculously tiny despite paying extra for a larger size.

I also ordered flowers for my sister’s birthday at the same time, and she received DEAD flowers. Two bouquets for two special occasions, and both were incredibly disappointing.

When I contacted customer service, the first agent hung up on me. The second offered a pathetic $20 credit and simply hid behind their substitution policy. Apparently, sending something completely different from what customers actually ordered is acceptable to them.

There is a huge difference between reasonable substitutions and delivering an arrangement that barely resembles what was advertised. Their response was dismissive, and their customer service was just as disappointing as the flowers.

There are plenty of other florists offering beautiful, luxurious arrangements that actually look like what you’re paying for.

I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I trusted Bloomex with important family occasions, and they completely let me down. Never again.

I feel incredibly stupid for not having looked up reviews before ordering. Flowers arrived two days after they were scheduled to arrive, in some wet paper inside a dirty plastic bag, without the mason jar I'd paid for them to be sent in, and instead with random cookies for my mother who doesn't eat gluten or sugar. As her mother had just passed, I specifically ordered flowers that came in a "vase" so she wouldn't have to worry about digging a vase out. They also accidentally (?) sent me loads of emails with my order number but addressed to other customers. Very bizarre and horribly disappointing.

Bloomex is my go to florist for sending flowers. Customer service is professional, helpful and courteous. Zara was quite helpful in taking my order over the phone and the delivery was seamless and the sunflowers brought joy to the recipients day.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Flowers were a week late which meant they were also in a terrible condition. The support from the company was terrible, they gave basically no customer service and refused to honour the refund they eventually said they would give (only offered 30% refund). Don't use them!!

Honestly, I used to use Bloomex on repeat every year to send flowers to my Grandma and Mum on mother's day and their Birthdays.
They both past not so long ago, Grandma in 2024, and my Mum in January of 2026. Since they were the only people I would use Bloomex for, I unsubscribed to marketing.

Since I have unsubcribed I have been getting CALLS from them 1(888)912-5666 Repeatedly, and with terrible timing. ie. Their birthdays, and mother's day. They ask if I'd like to send them flowers despite already being unsubscribed.

Every time the business calls, I ask them to remove me from their marketing, and they don't. I've received far too many insensitive interactions after already requesting removal from their marketing, and email lists, on multiple occasions.

The complaints and very bad reviews I have read and see on Marketplace are exactly Right. They have no customer service and very poor quality products. Customer service hung up on me twice. This company needs to be held accountable for their unacceptable customer service and products.

J'ai commandé des fleurs il y a une semaine pour des funérailles et les ai payées. Or, le jour même des funérailles, on m'envoi un courriel pour me dire qu'on ne livre pas dans ce secteur. Quand j'ai commandé, j'ai pourtant parlé à quelqu'un et jamais on ne m'a dit qu'on ne livrait pas à l'adresse demandée. Or, il est maintenant trop tard pour nous pour envoyer nos fleurs via une autre entreprise puisque le salon funéraire est terminé.

Ordered Fresh Flowers for a Funeral & paid extra for same day delivery. Flowers were collected by courier same day but still haven't arrived. Will be dead by the time they get there. Horrendous service.

Unfortunately had the same experience as many on here have had. Wishing I had read the reviews beforehand. Was overcharged for same day delivery, flowers delivered 3 days later and were a completely different bouquet from what I’d ordered. Also the greeting message in the card was completely wrong. It was a celebratory bouquet and the card said “with sympathy”. Now they are refusing me a refund. What a joke. They should be reported and put out of business

Horrible service! They cannot do a delivery on time, come up with excuses every time. I had a flower delivery for September 2nd that just got updated to be delivered on the 9th! Outrageous! Do not use it!

I ordered a deluxe supersize bouquet for $72.. what I received was 6 stems of wilting flowers that are falling apart.. the bouquet received is smaller than what a grocery store would charge $15 for ..

Where to start...late delivery..ordered a madon jar bouquet..sent a bunch of chrysanthrmums..ignored emails...as I have family in Australia and live in UK.. I will definitely never use or recommend this service 😒

I’ve used Bloomex before and had good experiences, however, after my most recent purchase I will definitely not be purchasing from them again. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother in law’s birthday and they arrived 3 days late. During this time I contacted Bloomex multiple times but they could not give me any updates on the reason for the delay or confirm a new delivery date. Because of this, I was not confident the flowers would arrive at all and ended up having to purchase another bouquet from a separate company. The flowers from Bloomex arrived 3 days late, wilted, and with brown spots. I requested a refund immediately but Bloomex has not provided a resolution for weeks despite multiple contact attempts and follow ups. Unfortunately, I don’t believe they can be trusted for consistent quality or reliable delivery.

Ordered the "Delicate Delight" bouquet for $90 with delivery — website shows a full, lush arrangement of roses, daisies and alstroemeria. What actually arrived was a pathetic handful of 3-4 stems wrapped in plastic, no vase, nothing like the photos. I spent 3 days trying to reach Bloomex through their help desk and emails — zero response, complete silence. Absolute scam for the price and non-existent customer service. Never ordering from Bloomex again — save your money and go elsewhere. 1/5, and that's generous.

I just had a surprise birthday bouquet delivered from Calgary to Golden BC.
The packaging was amazing. All components were affixed inside the box for safe and efficient transportation.
The flowers were absolutely perfect. So many varieties. Unbelievably beautiful. Looked freshly picked. Nice vase too. And some yummy truffles. Happy B’day to me.
