Second, if you check everywhere on their website, they advertise free shipping and doesn't exist a bigger lie than that!

When I tried to contact them, it takes almost as much as the delivery to come for an reply and they give just faded answers, not in accordance with what their Terms&Conditions sais.

Complete con, deliberately misleading. This is NOT a UK company, do not be fooled by their pricing in £ and “free” delivery. I thought I was paying £36 for a product, turns out I paid $50, and then an additional £13.62 import duty and fees.

Needed collecting as there was something to pay. Vat plus and £8 handling fee. Ttheir telephone line doesn’t work either. Do not use. The advertised saving is false and you’ll end up spending more.

Like most of the other people here, I got taken in by their shipping promise. There is mention of VAT charges but it's not exactly prominent when you're making a purchase. That's a scam in my book. I had to pay an additional £13 on a bottle of CK One which made it more expensive than if I'd popped over the road to Debenhams! I'll never use these people again - oh and their delivery is painfully slow as well. BloomingNoWay.com more like.

My boyfriends birthday passed (THANK YOU!) still no cream, finally got a notice from Royal Mail that my package is in post office after 2 weeks... and I had to pay extra £12.50 GBP for customs charges!

Customs Import charges and bad exchange rate. Don’t trust their advertised price online. I expected to pay the online price of £61.98 and paid $95.36 PLUS £19.09 in customs charges. These are not overt on their website. My hairdresser is better value!

Hefty customs charges once the goods hit the UK.
The website advertised the beauty blenders (cosmetic product I purchased) as just over £21 with 'free p&p', once I'd logged into PayPal the charges came up around £33 (apparently because they had applied a conversion rate from dollars to pounds). Having spent the morning looking for a good deal, I was fed up and decided to order as I'd come so far and needed the product quickly.
The package took 2 weeks to arrive and to add insult to injury I was charged a hefty £12.97 customs charge to collect the package from the local Royal Mail office.
I logged onto their website to raise a complaint and realised they'd covered their backs in the FAQs section saying 'customers' are responsible for custom charges. This would be fine if they had displayed it openly on the website before the customer made the purchase.
Truly disappointed with this website- I ended up paying twice the amount I would've paid if I'd purchased from a local department store, waited a ridiculous time and ended up feeling as if I'd been robbed.
**If you're not made of money, and have principles, take my advice -stay away!!**

Customs charge is extortionate plus the extra charges you incur regarding the exchange rate- really not worth it, you end up paying more for the item. Wish I had not accepted to pay now, should have requested a refund, I learnt the hard way but want to warn others!! I stupidly didn’t read any reviews for this website, if I had I’d have seen that I would have to pay import tax of almost £14. I emailed a complaint and was told it was clear on the website that it may be subject to import taxes. It was not made clear whatsoever, at no time during the booking process was I warned of further costs. I warn against using this company, they clearly have no thought for anything but getting you to part with your money. Avoid at all costs!
FAKE PRODUCTS - STAY AWAY
My mother purchased an Elemis set from this website and as we are both avid users of ELEMIS, know the product range well. When the products came, just by looking and smelling them we could tell they were fake. I am waiting for bloomingway.com to respond to me as I would like a full refund but have yet to hear back from them! In addition - as with other reviews I was left with a huge import tax fee (as purchased from the UK). I paid nearly £200 for these fake products.
