Updating my previous review:
I initially received a bouquet that wilted within 24 hours, with roses already overly open, a hydrangea browning quickly, and some petals looking damaged.I was very disappointed with the quality on arrival.
However, after contacting the florist and sharing photos, they responded very quickly and sent a replacement bouquet. I really appreciate that they took the issue seriously and made the effort to resolve it.
While my first experience wasn’t great, their customer service and willingness to fix the problem made a difference. Thank you for addressing the situation.

Very helpful and lovely flowers

We ordered a sunflower floral basket to be delivered the next day and it arrived on time , we were absolutely delighted with how the flower basket looked exactly like the picture on the website , we will definitely be ordering from bloom magic again in the very near future

I live in Australia. On 1st April I wanted to order the flowers for a lady who was 99 years. I was having trouble to do the order online. So I rang Dublin and spoke to a lady ( Lorn ). I like to say thank you very much for helping me and she was very patient. The flowers were so beautiful. The lady was delighted with her birthday flower. I got flowers for my sister birthday first flowers wasn’t good at all damaged with box and don’t looking great , okay someone contact with me and we decided to send another one, I got delivery today , so flowers was smaller and still damaged with a box

I received a beautiful hatbox of flowers from my son last Saturday 14th March. It was order number BMIE-247679 Batch: 16. AMD151403. It looked beautiful when it arrived but yesterday one part of the arrangement was completely withered. I am very disappointed as I got an arrangement from him last year as well and they lasted for 4 weeks. I cannot find any phone number to contact you in relation to this. I was very disappointed with the bouquet I received for my birthday. The roses were already completely dead when it arrived, and the rest of the flowers only lasted two more days. I had to throw them out.
For the price that was paid, this was very disappointing.

Ordered flowers for my Aunts birthday , she sent a pic when she received them they were beautiful, this was on the 8th Feb, she text today on 10th March to say that they lasted a whole month...that speaks for its self! thank you Bloom Magic, I know who I'll be using for all flowers in future.

Flowers were received on Wednesday 4th at 19.25. The 2 sunflowers lasted 1 day. The small red roses are dead. 2 orange coloured roses have wilted.
