Mrzí nás, že ste zatiaľ nezaznamenali zmenu v raste vlasov. Väčšina našich zákazníčok pozoruje prvé viditeľné výsledky približne po prvom mesiaci užívania vitamínov. Samozrejme, viditeľnosť výsledkov je veľmi individuálna, keďže závisí od viacerých faktorov, najmä od aktuálneho stavu a stupňa poškodenia vlasov.
Pre dosiahnutie maximálneho efektu odporúčame vitamíny užívať aspoň po dobu troch mesiacov, aby mali účinné látky dostatok času podporiť prirodzený rast a kvalitu vlasov.
V prípade akýchkoľvek otázok alebo ak by ste sa chceli poradiť ohľadom užívania, nás neváhajte kontaktovať – radi Vám pomôžeme.

I used the product for 45 days and…
I used the product for 45 days and unfortunately did not notice any difference. After that, I wanted to return the product, but I was informed that it must be unopened — which I find unreasonable, as it’s impossible to properly try a product without opening it.
Additionally, the return shipping costs are extremely high, making the return simply not worth it.
The company also promoted a mini car giveaway, but as far as I can see, nothing ever came of it — no winner announcement and no follow-up posts. It feels as if the giveaway never actually happened.
Because of all this, I have lost trust in this company and would not recommend it.

Bola som veľmi skeptická pred vyskúšaním BR, po tehotenstve samozrejme hormonálne zmeny a neskutočné vypadávanie vlasov. Po užívaní gumíkov, po asi mesiaci a pol som videla výrazné zhustenie a začali mi krásne rásť vlasy na miestach, kde mi ostali diery po vypadávaní. A stále krásne rastú, sú zdravšie a hustejšie. A kedže som videla takýto krásny efekt, nasadila som aj sérum a kedže ma baví už tá starostlivosť, zakúpila som si aj masku a kondicionér. A všetko spolu mi dáva nádherny výsledok. Nečakala som taký šok po porode ,ale BR mi zachránil vlasy a môj pocit zo seba. Ďakujem

In your case, we have confirmed outbound quality control of the package, camera footage from the packing process, and the recorded weight of the parcel at the time it was handed over to the courier, all of which correspond to a complete shipment.
As you also confirmed that the package arrived undamaged and showed no signs of tampering during transit, we unfortunately do not have objective evidence that would allow us to approve the claim and reship the missing product.
We do understand your dissatisfaction and regret that this situation resulted in disappointment — this was certainly not our intention. The matter was handled in accordance with our internal procedures and not out of distrust toward you as a customer.

Extremely Disappointed
I ordered this collagen product and was completely let down. Many of the packets arrived damaged, leaking, and covered in powder. The box was a mess and several sticks were unusable. For a health product, I expect clean, sealed, safe packaging—not something that looks like it was thrown around and ignored.
What made it even worse is the customer support. I contacted them immediately, and they have ignored me for over two weeks. No reply, no help, nothing. It’s extremely unprofessional and shows they don’t care about their customers at all.
Overall, terrible product quality and even worse customer service. I definitely won’t be ordering from this brand again.
