Absolutely crappy quality, customer service was awful. So expensive took weeks to arrive, jeans didn’t even have a hole for the button so pants didn’t close, holes in pants and sizing was ridiculous, couldn’t keep any of the items. No idea how long returns will take.

I would choose zero if this option was available! I ordered jeans for my daughter which was $120AUD as I thought it’s Australian based company with quick shipping as per there website. Order took more than 3 weeks to arrive with very poor communication! And the worst part was I received a completely different jeans style which doesn’t match the photo in anyway and doesn’t have a size label or a label! It looked very cheap and poor quality and not worth the $120AUD. I requested a refund and I got this response:

I replied that I will throw the jeans in the bin and I don’t want to pay anything deceiving from their website

They replied:

How is that satisfactory? No I want my money back and free return label as items don’t match the photo!

Never order from this website! It’s a scam

I received the incorrect item totally different dress to what I ordered and the refund process is difficult and frustrating.
There has been no apology or recognition that they made a mistake.
Blossom Elle want to charge me $35 - $55 postage to return the item in addition an extra $25 customer fee for the privilege.
This is before I receive any refund.
This is nearly the cost of the original item I ordered.
Blossom Elle are now ignoring my email when I told I was not satisfied with their refund option.
I feel like I've been scammed !!

I recently bought a dress from this website. It took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, the sizing was way off, the fabric was of very poor quality, the stitching was child like. I enquired about returning it and this is what they said quote: "Thank you for sharing the details with me. Please note that return shipping costs typically range from $35 - $55, excluding customs fees $25, to our central warehouse." The dress cost $70. If this is not a scam then I don't know what is. I would have given them no stars but then it wouldn't have let me write a review.
