I always loved shopping in this beautiful boutique when I lived in Thornton Cleveleys. I now shop online regularly and am always impressed by the speedy delivery and consistent high quality of items received. Caroline and Hayley are always helpful and friendly, dealing with queries and emails in a positive and timely manner. Cannot fault their customer service and Lady friendly vibe!

I was searching for an item of summer clothing out of stock on the label’s own site, and at every other online retailer we checked. My partner had seen it, loved the look of it, then was really disappointed to find it was out of stock in 12 (clearly a popular piece), and sighed ‘oh well’.

Hoping to surprise her, I continued searching until I found one in stock at Blossom Boutique. As a bonus it was also slightly cheaper than the brand’s own price. Fantastic!

There was just a slight hiccup when I paid with Apple Pay, needing delivery, but it defaulted to collect from store. A quick email was answered almost instantly at 5.30AM! They couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The item was received the very next working day, in perfect condition. My partner was so delighted with the style, fit, and the way it made her feel. She is so busy she rarely finds time to shop just for herself, and thought she had probably missed out on this for the summer.
