I used to use Terabyte Services, which was good enough, until it shut down. Now I found BloxTech and it's amazing! It has cool features and extra stuff and even a bigger limit so you can have a lot... Toon meer

I love how the application center works but I was hoping for some Discord integrations to let me know when someone applies. but overall 9.5/10

Amazing Experience
Bloxtech is an amazing application service. I’ve used it for a couple years and it’s very easy to use. Not only that but the staff are great! Support is useful and everybody is so helpful. Chris, a founder, is a great guy who helps you with everything you need, even if it’s not bloxtech related. A great company.

Fast, simple, reliable.
BloxTech has allowed me to quickly and effortlessly create Roblox applications for a wide range of uses.
Out of all their features, I believe the customer support stands out. Kind and experienced agents will get in contact with you almost immediately, and the assortment of ways to get in touch allows for so much flexibility. The issues and questions I had were resolved within hours, sometimes even minutes.
The only thing I'd consider an area to work on is the speed of development, especially with the merging of RocketApps and V3 supposedly coming soon. However, any impatience is greatly overshadowed by the current functionality and incredible uptime of the service.
As a bonus, their Discord server is a both active and welcoming place. All staff members show extreme flexibility when it comes to supporting you or answering any of your concerns, besides being amiable and there to talk with you about anything else. While on this topic, I would like to commend the owners' engagement in the community, actively asking for feedback and listening to the users' voices. This friendliness does not go unnoticed and tells us, as users, that you really care about us.
I would unquestionably recommend BloxTech to all Roblox group owners who are considering the implementation of applications in any way, be it in a fan group, Roblox business or development environment. BloxTech will be there with you all the way to ensure your success.

We acknowledge that we are indeed experiencing ups and downs in development speed, and although the features & promises are really exciting, the work behind can sometimes be boring (planning everything out, finding design inspiration that comply with our brand-exclusive design guidelines, debugging & finding that line of code that broke the whole functionality, etc.)
Our apologies for the long delay to product release, we understand that it is a tough process of patience and it's hard for us too 🙈

Great software
Great software, only issue I've had is when I'm reading applications the page sort of has a half opaque gray foreground that doesn't allow me to scroll, click etc. So I have to refresh. But I think that's just my end.

Amazing System, Horrible Support Team
I have been using RocketApps for well over a year now, and I love the system... well until recently. For whatever reason, the system broke and I can no longer grade applications, despite owning the center. I tried contacting BloxTech Customer Support about it four days ago, and they still haven't responded.
Thanks to their unprofessional attitude by allowing this issue to keep happening, I now have over 90 applications backlogged in my system, and I am the only one who can grade them. If, and I said IF, BloxTech gets their act together and gets it fixed today (which I know they won't), I will be grading applications for a minimum of an hour, if not longer.
BloxTech if you're reading this, your support team is a joke. I highly suggest you get it fixed before you start losing customers.

Thank you for your review.
We're really sorry to hear that you have experienced inconveniences and had received no assistance on your case. As we have multiple support methods (until V3), it's a bit chaotic where to reply and what to monitor. The main cause is that we have to operate two websites now, BloxTech Applications & RocketApps, however they will be merged in a much better version in the future (which will be superior to all previous versions).
As you have given your name, I will attempt to locate your ticket and reassign it. We believed to have patched the application reading bug already, but there might be another one that sneaked in.
Hopefully we can get to a resolution together!
