I did a pcc application where i did the premium service and paid for shipping that hasn’t been shipped and its been over 12 weeks , the representative at bls send me back saying that it has been shipped to me on march 10th, when i called purolator and checked they confirmed that it was delivered at the bls office edmonton. And yet the representative confused me by saying that it is delivered to my address and ir isnt with them. No contact from them, off hours of operation for someone working 9-5 and being so unprofessional about this whole case

Not enough staff for the amount of applicants. It took me 6 hours to be able to process my OCI application. The system is not very effective.

I had an appointment at 11pm with my sister am I arrived at 1pm and I was refused entry to make my submission yet right before me, a white man just came at 1:49pm and he was allowed entry. This racism by the supervisor has made me sooo furious

My experience with BLS International during my Spain visa appointment was absolutely disgraceful.

After the appointment, they demanded 600 TL for passport home delivery, which was already excessive. When we said we would collect the passports ourselves, they still tried to charge 250 TL simply to "call us" when the passports were ready. Charging customers 250 TL for a phone call is beyond absurd and feels like nothing more than exploitation.

The unprofessionalism did not stop there. When paying the total fee of 1050 TL, I handed over 1100 TL in cash and was given 50 TL in change — in the form of a torn banknote. When I asked for a proper note instead, the cashier claimed they had no other change available, which I find very hard to believe. Their dismissive attitude and obvious unwillingness to help only made the situation worse.

On top of that, they charge 40 TL for a single photocopy — another outrageous and unjustifiable fee.

This entire operation feels designed to squeeze every possible lira out of applicants through ridiculous extra charges while providing poor service and showing no respect for customers.

An embarrassing, unprofessional, and exploitative experience from start to finish.

Paul, Shine and Linda were excellent. Service delivery 100%. The security Abu was also diligent and professional.

The service is totally rubbish. I understand all staff are very busy, but totally no patience when I ask even just one question to confirm where to sign my signature is ridiculous. We paid a lot of money every time, I think the staff should at least show the basic respect.
