Excellent customer service
I ordered 2 pairs of briefs. One from the Tencel range and the other from the Sport range. Both were made of great quality materials and styled nicely. The fit of the Tencel pair was spot on and were very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately the Sport pair came up smaller in the waist. Bluebuck kindly offered to replace them for a different pair. Excellent customer service and great quality underwear.

Hello Michael, yes the delivery on your order has not been satisfactory for you or for us. We are truly sorry about it. We had a problem with the transporter the first time, which caused the main delay. Then when we shipped the second time, one of the products was no longer in stock (it is now on its way to you). As an apology, we sent a couple of freebies. But we'll do better next time! Thanks for the feedback anyway.

I just checked my order history, and my first purchase was in 2015! Since then, I’ve placed at least one order each year, and it’s not just because of their high-quality products. Their customer service is exemplary — whether it’s to send a personal email when an ordered item was out of stock or to solicit feedback on their website. Unterwäsche toll, Versand etwas langsam
Die Produkte an sich sind von einer sehr guten Qualität. Die Unterwäsche sieht gut aus, sitzt gut und fühlt sich richtig toll an. Angesichts dessen finde ich auch den Preis adäquat. Was etwas stört ist das es nach der Bestellung eine ganze Woche gedauert hat bis meine Bestellung überhaupt verschickt wurde. Das könnte vielleicht etwas zügiger gehen.

Wir möchten Ihnen erklären, dass Ihre Bestellung tatsächlich innerhalb von etwa zwei Tagen vorbereitet wurden und von unserem Lager in Portugal zu unserem Büro in Paris versandt wurde – der Transport dauert in der Regel drei Tage. Nach Eingang in Paris übergeben wir die Pakete an die Post, und erst dann wird die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer aktiviert. Wir hätten Ihnen dies alles bereits früher in einer E-Mail klarer erklären sollen... Wir werden es beim nächsten Mal besser machen!
Auf jeden Fall stimmt es, dass die Gesamtlieferzeit in diesem Fall etwas zu lang war (insgesamt 12 Tage, normalerweise streben wir eher 7 oder 8 Tage an).

Super high quality, guaranteed to last. Sizes run just a bit small, but I saw that on a review and it helped me purchase the correct size for myself. Absolutely worth the high price tag, plus knowing it’s organic. Will buy more in the future.

Bluebuck briefs are simply the best
Bluebuck briefs are simply the best. They are supportive and comfortable all day and the thicker fabric is not, but cool and absorbate. I gave up trying to find them in the US at stores and love the simple new shipping to the states. Worth every dollar - and they last!
