Still in the planning stages but so excited for the great possibilities ahead! Rachel has been super helpful and attentive as we plan my trip to Paris. She's gone out of her way to get my questions answered and ensure that everything exceeds my expectations. BlueDot isn't pushy and you feel supported every step of the way. I've traveled with 3 other companies and can't wait for a fresh new tour with better food and hotels! They even match your points :) !

Writing this from a "Planning and Communication" standpoint as my trips are still in the planning and enrollment stages, but I've never been this excited to travel with a new company before! I've been traveling with students for a decade and this is my third company- and so far the communication, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent experiences have been second to none. The company seems to have a strong foundation rooted in providing the best experiences and making things easy and affordable for families. The trips are well planned, and I really appreciate the automatic inclusion of on tour travel protection on all trips. My communication has been exceptional, with regular emails outlining every detail and rapid responses to any of my questions.

I have not yet traveled with Blue Dot Tours but we have a cobbled together a trip for this upcoming summer. I have traveled with three different educational companies, all of whom had their strengths and weaknesses. What appeals to me so far about this company appears to be their commitment to quality before profits. They seem small and stealth and eager to expand but incrementally with a laser-like focus on delivering an experience that is authentically integrated in the local food culture, educationally edifying and centrally located hotels. I’m also looking forward to the final feast which will punctuate our trip and bring us all together to reflect. I’m feeling very hopeful and I will come back to this site to offer my final evaluation.

I am giving Blue Dot Tours four stars, as I have not traveled with them yet but I am currently planning a trip with them. Their prices are competitive, their itineraries are well designed, and their service has been exceptional. I have led 15 educational tours with other companies, and Blue Dot’s expertise and helpfulness throughout the planning process have truly stood out.

I cannot say enough positives about Blue Dot Tours and their professionalism. Blue dot educational tours are affordable for family budgets. Outstanding personalized service! The companies culture feels supportive and personal, not like other typical corparate companies. I have worked with the same regional manager for nearly a decade, building a strong, positive relationship. Blue dot understands unique needs and provides individualized attention for seamless logistics. I don't know how they do all they do! Amazing!!! Tours are more engaging and inspiring than others offered by competitors. I highly recommend them.
