I missed to see the ratings before ordering. Now I received the products amd they are very different from what written in description and what shown in pictures. Very much disappointed. And return process is super lengthy and complicated.

I ordered a dress from Blueferry Clothing after seeing their ads. They DID deliver a dress, but the quality is extremely cheap and completely different from what was advertised.
I paid for a premium product and received a low-quality item that is not worth the price. After complaints, they have not replied me and also turned off comments on all social media, which is a major red flag.
Posting this so others can be careful. Always check reviews before ordering online.

We got exactly what we ordered within the given frame of delivery with one minor defect

But to be fair, one good experience doesn't overwrite dozens of bad ones, so I suggest you choose "pay on delivery" at the payment section, and as long as you check before paying, you should be fine.

Very disappointed. The parcel received is not the one which was shown in picture. I think they are scammers, even they blocked me on Facebook and also the contact numbers they provided are not real. This was my first and last attempt. Be careful, don't try to purchase anything from this fraudulent group. They even deleting reviews comments.

Hello, I make this Order #98013 from Canada. Via online they deliver 2 pair of clothes while I made order for 4 pair they received the money for my total order of 4 pair but 2 pair clothes are missing. I called several time on what's app but they did not respond I also emailed them about the issue but they did not get back to me. I recommend everyone don't buy any thin from this website they are fraud.

I received different clothes from what i have ordered and the stuff was like tooooo old clothe if you give it a hard jerk it may torn into pieces with hands one of them was okay...they are not replying as soon as i complained not on whatsapp not on email

I ordered one suit and received it this morning! But it's torn from everywhere! I mailed them they didn't even reply me wether mail or WhatsApp; means they don't business if they can't reply to a review or customer complaint by mail. They need to be exposed all pakistan and abroad. So please guys I will tell how they cheat the people by using some popular brands name. They don't display bluefery logo until they cheat you. When I was ordering they displayed as a sapphire product. Very bad quality and torn suits you will get here, don't be an easy target for them.Thanks

I ordered a product from Blueberry online, and it was a total disappointment. The quality is nowhere near what was shown in the pictures—the fabric looks cheap and feels rough. To make things worse, the dupatta had multiple holes in it, which clearly shows a lack of quality control. It’s frustrating to spend money on something that turns out to be so different from what was advertised. I won’t be ordering from them again and wouldn’t recommend others to either. A complete waste of money.

Poor quality clothes and if you contact for exchange or return they simply block your number so don’t waste your money.

It was my first experience with blue ferry totally waist of money and waist of time so please I will advise to the whole customer stop buying products with this company because it's totally fake and never respond after the delivery.
