Excellent service
Excellent service throughout. Leon and Charlie came early in the morning as requested and got to work straight away. They were pleasant and polite, and explained everything as they went. When the installation was completed, they took everything away with them.
The following day, Garry called in to check that everything was okay and went through the operating instructions again with me.
No complaints whatsoever.
I would definitely recommend them.

Gas Boiler Installation
Excellent service from start to finish. Advice given on the most appropriate boiler to suit our needs.
The work was carried out to a high standard by well turned out engineers. Leon and his apprentice Charlie, were polite, clean and competent and were a pleasure to have in our home.
Good follow up fallowing the installation by Gary Lloyd.
I have no hesitation in recommending this firm which met all our expectations.

We had a competitive price. They kept in touch and were very responsive throughout.
Work started precisely on time. Both engineers were polite and pleasant to have in the house.
No mess was left behind. Their pipe work is neat.
Everything was finished ahead of plan.

Don’t look elsewhere, highly recommended.
From start to finish Blue Flame have been fantastic. We are so happy with our new boiler. The price given was competitive and it was clear that Garry was a master of his trade. I would recommend them to anyone. They were timely, courteous and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Fantastic service from Garry and Leon, from the initial meeting Garry pointed out a few problems with our existing heating system, which had been installed over 18 years ago, and how we could overcome them. The installation was carried out in a very professional manner, so clean and tidy. Thank you both, I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Flame Solutions.

An excellent job. Garry was very professional and at the same time friendly and courteous. He and Leon started and finished on time and did amazing amount of work in less than 5 days. What was quite a complicated job turned out exactly as he said it would. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

New boiler fitted by Garry and Leon, outstanding attention to detail and superb level of professionalism. The initial survey was thorough and the options fully explained. We felt confident that we were dealing with people who were not only knowledgeable about their trade but also cared about their clients.
The fitting was completed on time and we are absolutely delighted with the new boiler. Through their expertise, they have provided a product that will suit our needs both now and in the future, whilst maximising energy efficiencies.
Would not hesitate to recommend Blue Flame Gas Solutions to family and friends.
