We used a Blue Holidays transfer to and…

We used a Blue Holidays transfer to and from Antalya airport to our hotel in Side recently. The transfer was smooth and excellent - on time, confortable and easy to manage. Communication was great at all times and the team were very responsive. I left a book in the taxi on the return journey and they even managed to get it sent back to me in the UK. Highly recommend!

Good experience

I used blue holidays for a family of 10 booking. Easy to find in Antalya Airport and didn't wait long at all. Took us straight to door of hotel in Lara beach and helped us off with our bags. On return, I did try to contact to confirm our booking and whilst the response wasn't speedy they did reply and they turned up on time and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. The service from the experience I have had was good and I admit I was wary due to all the negative reviews and did worry my whole family would not be picked up but I had no problems at all.

Wonderful customer service

We were coming from AYT to Alanya, to one of the big hotels with a waterpark. The driver was very nice, and we were on time at the place. But the hotel was closed. So I stood outside crying and didn't know what to do! The taxi driver and the company helped us find a new hotel fast that was safe and in the middle of Alanya city.

Without their help, I wouldn't have had a chance to find any place to stay.
Thank you, I have had a wonderful time in Alanya.

Nicht nochmal !

Also. Wir haben einen privattransfer über ab in den Urlaub gebucht, Blue holidays war derveranzstalter. Gebucht, teuer bezahlt und dann hat man erst nur eine Email bekommen, die man 2 mal ausdrucken sollte.
Meine Mutter war zu dieser Zeit in einer Chemo Behandlung, um alles so schnell wie möglich und ohne Stress für sie zu organisieren habe ich den privattransfer für 150€ gebucht.
Ankunft in der Türkei, war natürlich alles super stressig, und abgeholt wurden wir nicht. 100 verschiedene Terminals , und alle die zu Blueholiday gehörten waren leer.
Kein Internet, kein Telefon. Zum Glück hat ein einheimischer unsere Hilflosigkeit erkannt und hat für uns dort angerufen. Nach langer Wartezeit kam dann jemand. Also waren wir erst ca 2 Stunden nach Landung am Hotel.
Da hätten wir auch mit dem normalen Transfer fahren können, der bei der Reise schon dabei war.
Abholung war ähnlich. Das war auch alles dann zu knapp, und zu allem Überfluss hat er uns einfach am Terminal 2 raus gelassen, nach 30 Minuten sucherei haben wir dann erfahren dass wir am falschen Terminal stehen und wir nochmal 2km weiter fahren müssen.

Also ich kann diesen Service leider nicht weiter empfehlen, für uns war es sehr enttäuschend.

Worst transfer company ever

Worst transfer company ever. They don't look for you when landing, and hiding themselves at the airport. Nobody knows them and they make suspect calls 5 hours later than expected just to arrange a transport to the hotel - they expected we were waiting for them all those hours? ;-) ????

As I write, you did not answer the phone. It was not you who called. And you were not at the airport as scheduled. Your so-called car was nowhere to be found at the airport – there were several of us searching all the parking areas. I will not be recommending you to anyone at all.

Awful experience

Got there after my flight, no communication with staff just told me to sit down. This was the same with everyone before and after me, no idea what we are waiting on, there over an hour before another costumer asked how long to which they replied 2 hours. We then all became irritated which seemed to get them moving as I was then told I could go however my driver had been sat next to me the whole time smoking. I was then left in the car for 10 minutes unaware of where he had gone as he didn’t speak English. He then cleaned the inside of the car whilst waiting for his phone to charge. Once we eventually left the airport he got a phone call and next thing I know we are back at the airport picking someone else up. Zero communication about where we were or what was happening he then drove them to their hotel first even though it was further out than mine and I was waiting longer. I finally got to my hotel after 3 hours all for what should have been a 15 minute drive. Even the hotel staff couldn’t believe the treatment I had received. Would avoid at all costs!

Worst transport company ever.
No proper welcoming to the passengers, rude drivers, no one can speak english, drivers sit in the bus and smoke not taking into consideration passengers allergies or astma. Late pick ups without explaining why or apologizing!!!
Don’t ever use this company!

Absoluut worst company

Absoluut worst company. We booked a transfer with our stay/flight with extra luggage. Now we are sitting with the suitcases under our legs and a bag on our legs. Van is way overbooked. Driver drives like shit and is arrogant. There was extra space (empty seat) but driver was not pleased about that we had also hand luggage so he threw them on our seats. Absoluut worst experience this is inhumane.sitting for more then 2 hours like this

Worst experience ever!!!!

Worst experience ever!! They can be on time, yes, but:

- they will take every passenger they can just to be cheap.

- The service is very bad and the bus was over booked. We got our hand suitcases LITERALLY thrown on our laps when the driver needed to make space in the back to fill it up more with the extra luggage of the over booked passengers.

- the driving is poorly, we had 2 different drivers from the airport to our hotel and the other way. Both of them drive dangerously and zigzag over the road. We almost got multiple car accidents(!!!)

We got this transfer booked from the vacation website, so we had no choice unfortunately.. I would not recommend this transfer company!

The worst company we have ever been…

The worst company we have ever been served by! don't waste your money with them! they are unserious and they will leave you on the road without explanation!They didn't answer our call when they had to transfer us from the airport to the hotel. They disappeared and I didn't get my money back, leaving me in the middle of the night with two minor children near the airport.

40% CHANCE OF BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

40% chance you’re going to have a bad experience from this company according to the reviews. I can verify that as our transfer to the airport was 70 minutes late with didn’t give us much time to get through departures at Antalya airport. I felt sorry for a woman in the same transfer bus as us who’s flight departure was an hour earlier then ours and was in total panic mode.
Not a good way to finish your holiday.
Got a message from the company saying the minibus was 15 minutes late with. After 50 minutes late I called them. They said due to traffic it will be there. 20 minutes later I was on the verge of calling a taxi when it showed up. Excuses were bad traffic. In Antalya there is always traffic which should be allowed for. I’ve read some of the answers to the bad comments and the say it unusual. 40% bad experiences is not unusual it’s usual!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We booked a private transfer with Blueholidays and when arrived at the airport NO ONE was there, neither in front of the gate exit or at the desk outside of terminal one.
Every single other agency was there ready to help and assist like it must be for a private service!!!
We called many times for help, but a girl always answered saying that she didn’t know anything…
We were abandoned in the middle of the night after 10 hours of traveling in an unknown airport for us.
After more than ONE HOUR the driver arrived.
DO NOT book a transfer with Blue Holidays.

Never again!

Never again! When we got to Antalya, it was ok. The driver was friendly and on time but the ride back was pure hell! Although the loud music and the stop at the overpriced restaurant was unnecessary, especially in the middle of the night... First off, the driver was late by 40 minutes which almost caused us to miss our flight. The thing that bothered us even more was the lack of communication and the nonchalance about their tardiness... Even the pick up time they initially gave us was already borderline as traffic has to be taken into consideration. He was very grumpy and had a poor driving style. Our breakfast was almost splattered all over the windshield. Either way never again! And mind you this was a private transfer...

Transfer Experience

Transfer Experience – Be Warned!

We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable transfer from the airport to our hotel. First of all, we had to wait over 2 hours at the airport before the bus even left – with no clear communication or explanation.

Once on the bus, the atmosphere was chaotic: the driver blasted loud music with flashing lights, which made the journey confusing and overwhelming after a long flight. It didn’t feel safe or relaxing at all.

The worst part was the unexpected stop at a remote gas station, where we had to stay for nearly an hour. The men working there were intimidating and made us feel very uncomfortable. It was not a place you’d want to be stuck as a tourist, especially late at night.

Overall, this transfer felt unsafe and poorly organized. I would strongly recommend choosing a private transfer if you want to avoid this kind of experience. Definitely not the start to our holiday we were hoping for.

Not what we were expecting.

Booked a private transfer from Antalya airport to Alanya. Knowing that it’s usually two hours we opted for a private premium minibus which we booked through Holiday Extras.
Our transfer from airport to hotel was great, the driver was ready and waiting, he was happy to help with luggage and the vehicle was really comfortable and clean.
However the same cannot be said for our return transfer. We were waiting in reception 15 mins before the pick up time as requested but the driver never showed up. Eventually blue holidays contacted me saying the driver was outside, but it turns out that he’d gone to the wrong hotel. I’m not sure how we can be dropped off at the right hotel but then picked up from the wrong one, but mistakes do happen. When the driver eventually turned up he was really angry and very unprofessional about the mistake, he made us feel really uncomfortable and he was clearly angry throughout the whole journey, he had bad road rage and was shouting at everybody! The vehicle also left a lot to be desired, it was certainly not the premium option we’d booked and was incomparable to the vehicle we’d had on the way to the hotel the week before. I’ve contacted to company via WhatsApp but had no response.
Overall disappointed and will likely avoid in future.

The waiting time when we landed for…

The waiting time when we landed for shuttle to take us to our hotel is about 4 hours which is not good at all, the driver was just smoking while driving and we are healing the smoke,
Our return pickup driver came on time,was very nice. Polite and friendly that was reason I gave 3 stars
The shuttle is there we are told to sit inside the shuttle and wait for the plane that still on the sky to arrive because they have to take us together for 4 hours.

Additionally, the fact that our driver smoked is absolutely unacceptable. As per our quality management policies, smoking is strictly prohibited not only inside the vehicle but even nearby it. In full compliance with Turkish regulations, smoking inside vehicles is strictly forbidden. Necessary investigations have been initiated.
