Take the time to think.

I previously wrote a review...it was a little hastey of an assumption the honest truth is if your gonna be in this business you got expect people to protect the intrest and there system of doing so... All honesty i love the site when i go on it i get alot of hope of succedding from where i was to where im going. The team responded to me today about what i needed and handled everything with care and precaution answering me throught the day promptly. i should not have reacted out of fear as this is my first time dealing with them or doing this at all. my only lack of approval is the fact that i wasn't warned about the process of getting approved before my purchases where made, none the less i stepped out on faith and did what i needed to and as a result i 1. felt extremly bad for the way i acted immideatly 😂😂😂 it was painless and 2. recieved the confirmation everything is moving along. once i get my products ill do a second review on the condition and the time it takes to recieve. thank you guys for being so professional i hate i was that customer that even i dont like. i usually have way more understanding.

Does anyone work at BlueLots I emailed you guys and not heard anything back I sent messages to live chat and still haven’t heard back either it’s been a week since I ordered still no shipping email

Update BlueLots got back to me and resolved my issues

Worst experience ever. Purchased a 9 piece purse lot for…

Purchased a 9 piece purse lot for $3000. The lot was listed as customer returns but inspected, and in "New" condition. It took almost 4 weeks for delivery, after repeated promises of "next week". Every single purse was damaged and unsellable: 4 were missing their shoulder straps, 2 had multiple stitches broken, all had stickers on the leather and suede . I requested a return/refund a month ago and have received no response beyond the cursory "we will look into it". Buyer beware!!

I've been calling your company number…

I've been calling your company number for 5 days. I bought inventory and processed the payment. I got no confirmation number or order number. You guys don't answer emails or phone calls. You guys are a joke.

I have tried 3 times to contact this…

I have tried 3 times to contact this company and I can only leave a message. When I bought my shipment of incipio selfie phone cases I never thought I woukd recieve almost all ripped boxes and some are just cases no box or cord to charge the cases and that's even if the cases work. I am a reseller on ebay and can't sell these. On top of that I can't return my order and I can't get ahold of anyone. I am very unhappy about purchase.

I was in contact with Jesse, he was quick to get back to me when I getting and arranging my order for 3 pallets. SUPER NICE! super helpful. I scheduled pick up and had ZERO issues. Stuff was ready when the truck arrived. Loaded fast. I got three beautiful pallets!! <3 Thank you so much! wonderful stuff!

Very good transaction

Was my first order with bluelots and as always when dealing with a new distributor you always start slow

I made a small order and not only did i get a discount, but i also got everything as described in excellent condition
