We are delighted with the garments ordered, especially the beanie hats which have been a great hit with the team. Nothing was too much trouble, James helped us to update our logo and checked the size and fit before proceeding with the embroidery. Excellent customer service and attention to detail from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Blueprint again, highly recommended.

My business has used Blueprint for over seven years now, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Both the products and the customer service are excellent, and we will continue to use them for many more years to come. I can highly recommend them.

I placed an order on 10th July 2025 for a school bag (£12.58 total). Unfortunately, the item never arrived. Despite chasing several times throughout July and August, I only received vague responses and no clear resolution.

Even after providing confirmation that the item was not delivered (including checks with neighbours and my local delivery office), I was repeatedly told the seller “needed to investigate” or that I should check again. Under UK consumer law, it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure delivery or issue a refund, yet this was not honoured.

As of early September 2025, I have still not received the bag or a refund, despite promises that I would be updated. I had to purchase a replacement bag elsewhere, leaving me out of pocket.
This has been a very disappointing experience. Communication was slow, unprofessional, and at times dismissive, and the matter remains unresolved. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience
