Been storing our new caravan with Bluestorage for a year , upgraded our caravan this month and have gone for a larger one, effortlessly changed to store new one. Easy to follow instructions, good storage area, security always polite and professional. Best storage in South Wales.

Blue self storage is an excellent company . Their people are brilliant to deal with. I rented storage at Bedminster Bristol for approx 9 months. Throughout that period any communication wether email or phone call was dealt with promptly and accurately. I never felt that I was an inconvenience to them.id definitely use blue self storage again and I'd recommend them to my friends .

Always been a great pleasure having our caravan storage with the site. Things couldn’t be safe and easy onsite, access to many things like wash pumps, air and cleaning facilities. Staff are great and helpful.

Quick & simple application, friendly staff who are happy to help. Straight forward, trustworthy storage.

Having been bombarded by texts and phone calls, all totally unnecessary I gave the correct notice and vacated. That has led more unnecessary and unwarranted emails and phone calls. This company after nearly 3 weeks has fail to return a £50 deposit.
The management would rather accuse the customer than simply deal with my refund. They have thrown everything accusation at me, all rebuffed but they haven’t refunded my deposit.
I advise you to stay away.
Kindly offer! That is a bit of an odd thing to say. The facts here are simple, I did not swear during a conversation. I was bombarded by emails and calls from you all containing incorrect information and so I decided to vacate your site to a better managed and less expensive location.
I gave the correct notice and vacated early. That should have led to a termination of contract and a refund. It did not it led to further emails and phone call that accused me of being a liar. Your staff accused me of not giving notice and charged me for an extra 2 weeks. It was only when I provided evidence that the facts were corrected. Unfortunately even then you failed to put matters right. 3 weeks after vacating you did refund my deposit but only after I had to endure further insults from you.
Your company are incompetent due to bad management.
