Upon placing an order, a specific quotation is provided, yet the final invoice at the time of product delivery reflects a significantly increased amount. They are fraud. Moreover there making charges are toooo much. They charged approx. 35% of gold price.

I’ve always trusted Bluestone for quality and professionalism, but my recent experience has been disappointing. After confirming the cancellation of my Antia Ring order via WhatsApp, I was assured of a refund within 7–10 days. However, the next day, another agent called claiming that cancellation wasn’t possible — denying the earlier confirmation entirely.

Despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no clear communication or written update from Bluestone. It’s extremely frustrating to see such inconsistent responses from different agents, especially after clear confirmation was already given.

I hope Bluestone improves its customer service transparency and internal coordination. Customers deserve clarity and respect, not confusion and silence after raising genuine concerns.

I bought a bracelet for my newborn nephew and checked out from guest acc
When I didn’t receive email receipt after long chat giving proofs I realised I gave incorrect email and since I am abroad I couldn’t call their 1800 no. After I figured that out I got everything in order but still no delivery because I gave incomplete address. This was a lot even from me. I placed the order in a haste. So, I contacted them again they sorted out for me. It was delivered in 3 days.
Also, could have been earlier if I had been little careful.

Morning I was trying to purchase a gold coin from them and after confirming form the store that they accept the voucher. I purchased voucher and then they found out that they can’t apply it to gold coin and team can’t do anything about it. So we are forced to buy a jewellery that we don’t want to as that is the only option we have apart from loosing our voucher which is a shame! Was not expecting this as first time buyer. Would never recommend bluestone unless buying it with Cash.

Bluestone has such beautiful and modern jewellery designs! Loved the shopping experience and staff was helpful. I’ll surely be buying more jewellery from them.
