Easy to order online, quick delivery and exactly as advertised

Customer services was very helpful. I had small issues with Brita tap water filter. I was talking to Sigourney, she explained the process very well. I can highly recommend the Bluestone.

Bought a toaster that was listed as new, but it arrived in a badly scratched box with all of the seals and stickers already opened, including the ones on the bottom. It appeared to have been opened previously.

I decided to keep it because it works, and returning it would be more hassle than it’s worth, but I was disappointed that it wasn’t in the new condition advertised.

A perfect shopping experience with these guys. From ordering to delivery was so easy and super fast. Product was exactly as stated. Great communication and really helpful. A pleasure to deal with. I can't recommend Bluestone highly enough! Looking forward to doing business again soon. A+

I forgot to order a new set of Maxtra filters for a month, and my promo code from my returns expired. Luckily, the very kind team at Blustone gave me a new code as an act of goodwill. Plus, I got a water testing kit for free! Fast and well secured delivery!
