Simple, basic reasonable priced

Send the correct size tarp
Send the correct size tarp. I ordered a 7’ x 20’ tarp. It’s barely over 6’ wide. I can understand a couple of inches short but a whole foot is just terrible. It is too short for my boat. It was a waste of my money and time. I should be refunded!!!!

Okay price, didn't get what I ordered
I ordered a 15'x15' tarp, but instead I received a 19'x14' tarp. The package was marked 15'x15'. I ended up cutting the tarp to fit, but it is still not as structurally sound as I'd like for it to be. The value was decent for the price, it came fairly quickly, just wish I would have gotten what I ordered.

Excellent Service
I ordered a 15ft x 15ft Blue Tarp, from Blue Tarp.com which would have been perfect as a base sheet for the 15ft Above Ground pool, which we were having installed that day. Unfortunately the tarp measured exactly 14 feet 4 inches x 14 feet 4 inches, which is significantly different. In my frustration, I hastily typed a bad review, without consulting Blue Tarp. Immediately they got in touch with me, and sent me a 20' x 20' tarp, free of charge. That is great service, which I do appreciate. I would like to give 5 stars for such a prompt solution to my issue, but I feel that they should be more precise in their measurements, to avoid such issues with people like me in future.

Hi Mohson, we can ship you a 20x20 tarp as a free replacement if you'd like? Each tarp has a finished size which is a little smaller that the stated size because the manufacturer has to fold it to make the seams.
