80+ days, no resolution, no phone support on a $500 business dispute
I've had a business checking account with Bluevine and filed a debit card dispute on July 1, 2026 for a $500 unauthorized charge (Case 26070200986C). It's now been over 80 days with no resolution.
Bluevine's own policy states a 60-90 day resolution window, but in that time I've received almost no real updates — just repeated messages restating the same policy language. I've asked in writing multiple times whether a Mastercard chargeback was even filed on this transaction, and never gotten a straight answer.
When I asked for a phone number or a named contact above my current rep, I was told outright that Bluevine doesn't provide phone support or supervisor escalation for business account disputes. For a bank handling real business funds, that's a serious gap. If you're a small business owner considering Bluevine, know that if something goes wrong with a transaction, you may be on your own for months with no way to actually talk to anyone.
Provisional credit was also denied on this dispute, which Bluevine says is standard for business accounts — worth knowing before you rely on this account for anything time-sensitive.

My experience with Bluevine has been great so far. The approval process was extremely fast, and I appreciated having direct access to my line of credit without unnecessary delays. My first withdrawal was straightforward, and the funds arrived quickly.
The communication and customer service have also been excellent. Mark followed up personally to make sure everything went smoothly, which made me feel supported throughout the process.
Bluevine is doing a great job providing fast decisions, convenient access to funding, a smooth withdrawal process, and responsive customer support. As a small-business owner, having reliable access to working capital when it is needed is extremely valuable.
