Great labels - fabulous staff
I love Blue Water Clothing at Belper. They have the edgy clothing I like - Mama B, Luukaa, Neirami are some of my favourites. The staff work hard to please, and Kathy goes the extra mile to pick out the clothes that she knows I love. She even remembers what I have purchased in the past - yesterday she found a Luukaa top (happily in the sale) which matches the same label grey linen bubble trousers I purchased a couple of visits ago. Thank you Kathy.

Excellent online customer service
I've shopped with Bluewaterclothing for years. I moved away and often shop online. They recently introduced me to new brands which were so flattering and suggested smaller sizings which were much better. They are passionate about customer service. Highly recommend!

Terrible Customer Service
Bought a leotard for Christmas present for my daughter on her wish list. The return policy is terrible for Christmas presents . We returned after the holidays and was told no refund, but they were unwilling to provide store credit or exchange for size. Absolutely no compensation.

In response to this review the order did not arrive late. You chose in store delivery from our UK stores when your are living in Spain I assume to avoid shipping costs?
On top of this we also sent your item via international tracked mail after confirming over email you wanted the item shipped to Spain this was sent for FREE as you had not paid shipping on purchase.
As it is clearly displayed in our international shipping page that Blue Water clothing does not charge for taxes and duties on checkout and you as a customer are responsible for any of these extra costs incurred.
We also sent a number of updates about your order via email to keep you notified along the way.

Cleo Cord Jumpsuit
The cord jumpsuit I ordered was delivered quickly and was very well made and a great colour. Unfortunately I found the weight of it too heavy for my liking and the cut of the legs wider than I would choose. Just personal taste.

Great discount on well known brands. I bought several powder scarves, beautiful quality at a fraction of the cost. I contacted blue water clothing customer services to ask if they could send gift bags for the scarves I purchased, they popped them in the parcel when dispatched. Great customer services and brilliant offers on reputable brands. Would recommend.
