I ordered 3 items totaling to over $400. The shipping date provided was 2-5 business days, and it has now been over a week. I have sent numerous emails, and have received no reply. The funds were extracted, and nothing more was sent or communicated.

Alors, moi, j'avoue que j'ai un peu flippé avant de commander sur leur site au vu de tous les avis négatifs. Quand j'ai commandé, j'ai effectivement trouvé les frais de port un peu élevés mais bon, du coup, livré des US en trois jours.
J'avais bien pris en compte qu'il y aurait des frais de douane avant de commander suite à tous les avis que j'avais pu lire et comme je l'ai fait lors d'une promo 20% sur le site, au niveau tarif, c'est passé crème.
Du coup, en ce qui me concerne, je suis ravie. Mon agenda est de super qualité pour un prix raisonnable et une livraison encore plus rapide que si j'avais commandé sur un site qui expédie depuis la France.
Je me pose juste une question... pourquoi la marque s'appelle t'elle BLVCK Paris si leurs produits sont envoyés depuis les US?

I'm honestly very disappointed with this experience. I purchased a T-shirt and didn't open it until around 40 days after delivery, only to find a visible stain on it. When I contacted customer service, they told me their policy only allows returns or exchanges within 14 days - with a maximum of 30 days - so there was nothing they could do.

I completely understand having policies, but for an unworn, brand-new $75 shirt that arrived stained, I expected more understanding and flexibility. It's frustrating to feel stuck with a defective product

This is a scam. Paid for a limited edition tumbler for an ill relative, and the box came empty. Emailed customer service 3x and never heard back. Am charging it back on my CC, but I would rather have the tumbler.

Achat d’une bougie et d’un carnet avec stylos. Envoi très rapide malgré la période des fêtes de fin d’année. Les produits sont soigneusement emballés et de grande qualité. J’adore!!!👍🏻

I ordered a t-shirt several months ago and have yet to receive it. Communication with the seller has been minimal, bordering on non-existent. The prolonged waiting period and lack of updates are disappointing.

All of their prices are advertised exclusive of taxes. And so when you go to checkout the price increases dramatically. The Black Friday discount basically enables you to buy the items without the taxes added on. I don’t know who they’re trying to fool, this is how thieves behave. I’m glad I have read the reviews on this page before ordering!

As others mentioned if I could leave NO stars I would. I really wish I would have checked this page before sending them my money. PLEASE listen to others and don't buy anything from them!!!! You can tell that the good reviews aren't even real. The pictures look fake and if you go to the peoples profiles it shows that the only review they've ever left was for blvck. I ordered on July 26th and it says they take 2-3 business days to ship. I haven't even received a tracking number it just says that the label has been created. I emailed them on August 8th and they said they would look into it. It's now August 15th.

I dont understand why some people are complaining. placed to separate orders the came in no time the quality the quantityog their merchandise is really good. Ao far no bad experience

Do not buy from this company. My son ordered two items on their website 3 months ago. After a 6 week wait, I emailed them to find out where the items were (the tracking number they provided came up with an error message whenever I entered it into the 17track website they directed me to). They responded saying it's not their problem, as the parcel is with Royal Mail. I contacted my local delivery office as well as the Royal Mail head offices and they have confirmed that the tracking number provided does not exist and is most likely a scam. What a waste of money.

I really wish we didn’t have to give them at least one star in order to leave a review, because I wouldn’t if it was an option. Anyways, I purchased both the big and small notebooks. The big one came ugly, just made bad! The Thank you card that came with it was damaged inside the box. I was very disappointed, poor quality for overpriced notebooks.

This website never has any clothes for sale.. they don’t have adequate inventory and several times I have gone on to buy a pair of shorts or whatever and the only size they have is xs…

Received a damaged product and would they wouldn't even make an exchange. Terrible customer service. Do not purchase from then

Terrible quality for the price. Bought a hoodie for $113 abd BOTH zippers broke as I was putting it on for the FIRST time. The company refused to refund or exchange the item. The best thing about their brand is their advertising. Their products are crap! Do not purchase
