From Chaos to Calm in a Few MonthsOur block was in a bit of a mess financially and maintenance-wise before the changeover. Within a few months of BMUK stepping in, we had a clear budget thank you Nigel, a maintenance plan and overdue works scheduled and also thank your Tom and Troy. Do not entertain this company they have the maintenance on our complex and we haven’t had a lift now for 1 year 5 months and the general maintenance is nearly none existent, over the last week we have had no hot water on 3 occasions you have been warned !!!!

Please don't give this company your money. They are unprofessional and cant even care less about the blocks entrusted to their care
