They have multiple companies, (just search Zia khan on companies house) employee people, make them redundant, close the business and create a new company. This company was E.C Brown and Batts limited, Brown and Batts LLP, Brown & Batts Corporate Services Limited, Brown & Batts Payroll services Limited and now BnB accountancy.
