Honesty or review bombing? You decide.
After my negative review and previous negative reviews from others stretching back for years, there has now been a sudden stream of positive reviews.
How odd...and suspicious to say the least.
BTTF is still doing nothing to help me release a dividend and access my investments. My original request was made over a year ago, and every attempt I have made to resolve the issue has been met with cookie-cutter excuses.
Other reviewers have obviously experienced the same evasion and excuses. Their complaints can be read on other forums as well.
I understand investments carry downside risk. But any finance company that takes over a year to fulfil a simple customer request to withdraw dividends that are already in their possession, is either incompetent or dishonest.
There is no other logical explanation.

I Believe that Simon Dixon is one of the good guys ,in a world full of very bad actors. His Platform B2tf seems to be a fully transparent and trustworthy business. This man (simon Dixon who runs bnktothefuture) is definitely on our page for the Celsius bankruptcy scam, it’s in my best interest to stick with him. There is also a link to Recap a company that can help you through the tax nightmare. He also writes good books on money if your interested.

Also, I don't think that you should be indulging in little projects like Bitcoin Hard Talk but rather focus on building value for your shareholders & improving the BTF Platform experience! Get a grip on your customer service, are you trying to compete with Coinbase???
I would also like to see far more updates for the Private Equity we have invested in, you are really dropping the ball on this one!

We believe that this approach, rather than offering a wide array of altcoins that frequently change in popularity, provides our investors with a stable and reliable investment framework. To support this, we are committed to helping our investors understand this philosophy and develop their own Bitcoin financial plans.
Regarding Bitcoin Hard Talk, our investors have found the weekly market updates extremely useful for staying on track with their Bitcoin financial plans. These updates help them avoid distractions and stay focused on their long-term goals. We don’t see ourselves as a competitor to Coinbase who offers all crypto assets rather than long term Bitcoin Wealth building.
We appreciate that you have become a shareholder in private equity through our platform. Our investment banking team consistently provides updates, but when a company stops communicating, our options are limited to chasing them for information. We understand the higher risks and less frequent updates associated with private equity. For those who prefer more frequent updates, public equity might be a better fit, despite typically lower returns due to its later stage and reduced risk and we allow investors to invest in public Bitcoin stocks now too.
We value all suggestions aimed at improving our services and are happy to assist with any specific shareholding queries if a ticket is submitted.
