Its not often i write a review for an item i didn't keep. But i do a lot of online shopping and i really rate this company.I ordered some shorts that unfortunately they were too small. They were very nice swimming shorts .The package arrived very quickly.

I returned the shorts the next day and i was surprised to find i got my payment back very very quickly

Anyone who does online shopping knows that the refund can take a long time . So a shout out to a company that works very quickly.

And sells a great range of spots products . I will continue to look at this shop for sports gear.

I live in Scotland and I bought a summer wetsuit for my nephew. The delivery was very quickly and the item was perfectly wrapped. Very happy with that!. Thanks a lot!

I contacted Ocean Sports in need of some advice. I’d signed myself up for the Arun 3.8km river swim having never swum in a river and with no idea about wetsuits.
A short visit later, guided through the whole process and with what proved to be an absolute bargain in the sales, I walked out with C-Skin wetsuit. Excellent fit, and with other swimmers slightly concerned at the 15oc water temperature, I was relieved to feel no cold whatsoever. Really delighted with my purchase and for the helpful assistance.

I live not too far away, and always stop in on my way home from shopping in Brighton with my family, as I always find what I want in Ocean Sports.

I tried on a Carhartt Jacket but wasn’t sure on sizing so I left it. I got a Rip Curl and a vans t shirt ready for the summer instead. I was kicking myself for a few days regarding the Carhartt Jacket, so contacted them through the online chat…..I got a response within minutes informing me that Carhartt were actually out of stock of my size.

I chanced it and returned the next day to purchase the jacket along with a jumper and a belt! I was tempted by a lot more but rained back the spending as it is the end of the month 😂…..the selection in store is amazing, so if you are nearby get down there!

The customer service is amazing, so ignore the 1 star reviews! You can’t please everyone guys, so keep doing what you do….i will continue to be a customer for as long as your store is there!
