Scam company. They do not have a physical location or a legitimate credit card processor for a reason: they are a scam.

I was sent a used outboard motor,covered in oil and missing parts. As well as a kink inthe throttle cable because it was put in a box without being properly packaged.
I need a return prepaid shipping label.
I am going to call American Express and refuse payment. Also I am going to contact Amazon.

Never heard a word from them. I don't recommend doing any business with them. I have moved on to another business.

I am shopping for an outboard engine and this website keeps popping up with prices that are half of what one normally pays for an outboard engine. Boatsavenue.com. There doesn't seem to be a physical address for the business, but you can contact them via Whatsapp (sketchy) and when I asked if they accepted debit cards,(the checkout page says PayPal, bank transfer or crypto only? 🤔) the person wrote she would send me a third party link to someone who can take my debit card number. All waaay too many red flags, avoid Boatsavenue.com, it screams scam.

This is a fraud warning. This is a web based operation based in UAE. They are advertising marine based merchandise at very low prices. I was looking at Yamaha 50 hp engines. I could buy them for just under $3300. I was ready to make a transaction. No credit cards accepted. Only bank draft or PayPal but to a personal account. Also there is no address listed for this business in Abu Dhabi. They offer shipping by UPS for $290 dollars but each engine weighs over 250 pounds. UPS weight limit is 150 pounds. When questioned about this I was told this weight restriction is lifted with air freight. I called UPS, I was told this was incorrect and flying a little something like this would be very expensive. So beware of this company I don’t feel they exist. You will send your money to a bank in the UAE and it will disappear.
