Buyers remorse. Beware this has all the makings of a scam; the business is legit but the process and potential for success is misleading. Unfortunately I realized too late. Look at the dates of all reviews, there are little to no old reviews for this company that has been around for over 10 years. Lets see if this gets posted. Hoping this prevents someone from making same mistake i did.

I’d recommend this course to anyone. It’s beginner-friendly, well-structured, and packed with useful resources. The excitement and positive energy made it a great learning experience from start to finish.

Bob Diamond is the real deal. Blueprint Overages was insanely thorough, but never boring. His whole team breaks everything down step by step and actually makes it stick. It was also a beautiful venue with great food and people. If you’re on the fence, go.

Bob is knowledgeable, supportive, and always encourages growth. He creates a collaborative welcoming work environment and is genuinely invested in helping his team and students succeed.

There is a lot of information that they are giving us in these events
But they do it in a way that that keeps it interesting and understandable.

I recently attended a conference/ seminar with Bob Diamond and his team. Over my professional career I have attend somewhere around 10 conference out of town and several seminars and conferences locally where I live and I will say with out a doubt, hands-down this was the best conference I have ever attended.

The professionalism, the courteness of the staff, wonderful location and amenities were the best.

The staff was helpful, courteous, professional and approachable. If you had a question, they were there to answer it whether that was within the time-frame of the daily meeting, after or before the meeting. They were attentive and if they could not answer you right away they would let you know and always followed up to make sure you got the answers or help that was needed.

The workbooks, instructions and information that each of us went home with was very thorough. They put the workbook and information together that was needed. If you read the information you would have all the tools you need plus the instructors were knowledgable and taught information that was going to be helpful. It was very hands-on.

There MC was great. He kept us inform of what was going to happen, kept the class upbeat and motivated. It was an intense 4-days of learning and all the information was backed up with video or workbook we could take back home.

The refreshments provided were at the daily meetings were the best. Normally your lucky if you get coffee and water. They had a variety of food and drinks that were top notch. The three events outside of our meetings were outstanding. It seems no expense was spared. The food that accompanied the events was not average. It was tasty. It was enjoyable and there was extra to go around.

Without a doubt, this is a top-notch company, they are knowledgable, professional and approachable. And if you come in with an open-mindset, you walked away with everything you needed to start a business. Everybody was real and approachable; from Bob Diamond, the instructors and staff.

Without hesitation, I would give a referal to anyone that ask. I feel this is one of the best moves I made for myself!

I’ve been involved with the Overages Business for several years, and what truly sets it apart is the genuine care and support behind the program. The training is professional and well structured, the live event was impressive, and OB gives me everything I need to build this business from start to finish. My partner and I hired a VA to help with calls and skip tracing. We focused on Greenville County because they had some solid leads available.
We use the skip tracing software BeenVerified to find claimants. It's usually pretty solid info and the numbers & addresses are typically correct. It's a paid service so the investment is well worth it
This one took a little extra work because I had to initially talk to her husband and convince him that we were here to help. After showing him proof & establishing some rapport with him I was able to get on the phone with Michelle and win her over after a few moments on the phone
This was a property that was passed down to her from her late mother. She didn't care about it nor did she want to pay taxes on it. There was nothing she could do with it so she let it go
They have 3 boys and working with my bank, I was able to get the funds cleared before Christmas so that they could truly enjoy one of their best Christmases so far!
They had apparently tried to do it on their own but didn't know where to start and the county would only give them so much information. They were very grateful that we reached out!
Braces for her 13yr old will be paid for and the additional funds will go towards making this Christmas very special
This is my first Christmas as a married man so I get to start some pretty cool traditions with my family and not have to worry too much about extra funds

I will say this about Bob Diamond. I enjoyed learning the course. I spent way more than $2000.00 to partner with his firm. With in 2 months I had made my initial investment back. I had spent in the 5 digit figures to partner with his company. Everything after that was gravy. My daughter and I worked together. We helped many people especially some of those in the Houston Area that lost their homes due to the hurricane. We helped a lady in Georgia and we actually discovered someone literally had stolen her home by fraudulent paperwork. We were able to get her overage money back to her plus she was able to sue the crook who stole her house, such a rewarding day and she was so thankful. The only way this would be a scam is for someone not to put in the work that needs to be done. There is a lot of money to be made if you’re willing to go through rejection and still be persistent in wanting to help people.
I wasn’t able to continue doing this for the last several years because my husband had become ill and my focus was on him, he passed away this last May. I still want to get back into doing the overages because believe it or not you’re helping people reclaim money they didn’t even know they had.

Very misleading. Paid $97 …. Which was just a short intro that expired in 30 days. Did not get you into the program at all, which I later found out cost about $1500. Don’t fall for his hype!!

The SUPPORT at Bob Diamond with Mike, Marshall and the team is amazing! $2000.00 for training. Who has that kind of money? If he want's to help people charge less than 100.00 for info If it's so successful why is is so expensive. Why is he selling training for a kings ransom rather than just training people to do the work? It sounds like the Amway scam. I can't find any honest reviews.

In June 2024, I reviewed surplus tax fund lists from several Florida counties and sent letters to over 30 potential claimants. Although I initially couldn’t reach the claimant directly, I left several messages over the month. On July 1, 2024, the claimant, an 81-year-old individual, reached out to inquire about the claim process, wanting to expedite the filing due to health concerns. The claimant’s spouse, who passed away in 2016, was the original owner of the property, with several years of unpaid property taxes.
After obtaining necessary documents—the spouse’s death certificate and their marriage license—we filed the claim on July 17, well in advance of Gulf County’s August 20, 2024 deadline. I routinely checked with the County Clerk’s office for updates, and on October 14, I was informed that checks had been mailed to both the claimant and our company.
The claimant returned a brief feedback questionnaire, expressing appreciation for our promptness, regular updates, and professionalism. They noted it was a pleasure working with us.

At the end of January of this year, I pulled the list from Cuyahoga County, OH Clerk Of Courts site. It is open to everybody for download but I still found a great deal
on it right away!

As I make it a habit now I regularly request excess funds list updates from the state of Ohio Counties as I slowly expand to other states.

It was easy to find HHH former and current addresses, emails and phone numbers using my 3 sites:

-whitepages.com,
-truepeoplesearch.com and
-fastpeoplesearch.com

On February 22, 2024, I sent my first letter to current member of an LLC, M.P.

In just 7 days, on February 29th, I received a call from M.P. trying to get more info.

I went through the phone script with M.P. and EASILY got his agreement!

On March 19th, 2024 my attorney filed the claim electronically with Cuyahoga County, OH.

And on August 13th my attorney received the check from the county!

For a total turnaround of just 173 days from sending just one letter to the client to receiving the check!

Same week he sent me my fee in the amount of $6,304.10!

Meanwhile I was simply working on more deals.

I'm excited about the checks coming from Ohio!
This is the second check in a row after the one from July 25th - just 3 weeks before!
Also it sure makes me excited listening to people's reactions to receiving those drops of totally unexpected money especially big chunks like this one.

I'm using the money I receive in my Overages Business to grow my Internet Marketing business. Once I hit my $10K-per-month goal I will be completely financially free and relying on my Overages Business only!
