Stay away from these scammers. This company has all the signs of a company closing down.

What happened...

I ordered several sizes and returned the items that didn't fit, keeping the two items that did.

DHL tracking confirmed that the items arrived back at Bobhead successfully on April 16. I spoke to customer support at Bobhead who also confirmed the items had arrived back with them.

I've had to chase several times for my refund, the last email from Bobhead said that they hadn't received the return items back, even though DHL tracking says otherwise, and even though they confirmed it themselves in a previous email!

The last email from Bobhead was on May 15th, since then they've been ignoring me despite emailing them several times.

I've had to open a chargeback request with my credit card company which will take 8 more weeks to settle. IF they settle in my favour that will be a total of 4 MONTHS to get refunded.

Just purchased a bob head bomber jacket arrived yesterday by delivery off the bat not impressed with how it’s shipped just in a bag.
And then I noticed the tag on the left sleeve is so low quality that the print is already peeling off and haven’t even worn the jacket

Wish it came with atleast one waterproof

I know a small detail but if you have a product have a little pride in quality control

Jacket seems comfy I like the loops at the bottom of the sleeve for hands but I probably won’t purchase again due to the terrible start

Its hard to describe, but guys, it was so pleasant to work with you. I saw your Reaper Jacket on facebook or Instagram (don't remember) and liked it very much. It was looking so cool. So as I am in Ukraine, I asked my good friends in UK to buy it for me, what they successfully did.
But I read description very fast and ordered wrong (for me) size. But who knew? And after recieving the package in Ukraine (what took about 3 weeks) I understood my fault.
I contacted guys in Bobhead, we cleared the situation, and I have sent the jacket back (no problem with return!!) and ordered new one but this time correct size that fits me perfectly! Thank you friends!
No question to the quality, its one of the best jackets I ever had. No. It's the BEST jacket I ever had. Everything is cool, leather, zippers, style, protection, no words.
My second order (this time Brando jacket) is already on the way to me.
Can't wait to put it on.

In the days of increasingly poor customer service, I feel I must mention this company. There was a problem with my first time customer discount. They went above and beyond to sort this out, with no hassle or drama. Truly was excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

A huge shout out to the staff at Bobhead. I needed to return an item (too small). The process was supposed to be straightforward, this proved not to be the case.
The item was dropped off for return to Bobhead and that’s when it all went pear shaped. It took 5 days for the item to reach the delivery depot and there it sat for 3 weeks. I exhausted every avenue in attempting to contact DHL e-commerce…….. Then……
Up steps the awesome staff at Bobhead. I screenshot the tracking info and these folks sorted it in a couple of hours. This shows that the Bobhead staff will go above and beyond.
Their service and customer service has been phenomenal, I really couldn’t fault it.
Thanks to the awesome team. Keep doing what you do. 🫡

I have been buying Bobhead products for a while now, but paid my first visit to the Store in Lancashire yesterday, met Seb and the team, great guys, very relatable and talked you through all the different features, safety ratings for each of the products.

Great service all round, offered Tea and Coffee. The shop is fantatsic and laid out very well and easy to navigate.

Most definitely be returning and especially for the Saturday gatherings and more gear.

Went to the store on a off chance for some trousers. Not only did I find a really well sized pair and Louis had excellent product knowledge. I bought the trousers without a second thought.

Absolutely fantastic experience in store, couldn't have asked for more helpful staff from Lou and Seb, had all the time in the world to help and give advice, gear is so comfortable and well fitting.

Barely feels like youre wearing anything even though it's triple A armour, will definitely be back and buying more

My girlfriend surprised me with a visit here since I’m always talking about the Bobhead ads I see on Facebook, as they make me laugh how rough they are with the gear, showing its toughness. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was incredible. We were greeted immediately and offered a coffee. I ended up staying for around an hour just chatting with the team as they are genuinely great people.
​The service was top notch, but the gear itself is amazing. You can feel the quality the second you touch it. Everything seems very well made and probably versatile enough to wear both on and off the bike. If you're looking for gear that looks as good as it performs, this is the place.
I'm returning some kit I bought at j&s as this place is actually so much more affordable.

I’ve bought 2 shirts and a pair of gloves from these guys over the past 4 years. Always massively impressed by the quality and quick delivery. I recently ordered a shirt that had a small defect - I emailed them to let them know and within 24 hours they had posted me a replacement. Highly recommended.

I went over for the first time yesterday. What i particularly liked was the atmosphere. I was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived and even though i was only there for a jacket the shop assistant showed me the new custom bike they are working on. Chatted away about some of the other bikes in the shop. I’m a big lad and he helped me find motorcycle shirt that was my size. Nothing was to much bother in finding clothes and trying them on. The quality of the shirt i bought is absolutely fantastic. This place felt like a place run by bikers for bikers with a real community feel.

Leider habe ich keine guten Erfahrungen gemacht. habe ein Motorradhemd gekauft, welches in der Farbe Olive grün dargestellter. Bekommen habe ich ein shirt in der Farbe nahe braun. Obwohl festgestellt wurde, dass die Farbe nicht der Bestellung entspricht, musste ich die Kosten für den Transport Hin und zurück ca. 25€ bezahlen. Ich werde nie wieder bei diesem Shop bestellen.
