I received the wrong (larger) size and was NOT able to return it.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Bra has stitching that was rubbing as soon as I put it on . And the cups are so lumpy . They would not send me a return address . So I could not return . So rude on email . Do not order from this company . There are so many more companies that offer these style bras .

Sent a smaller bra than ordered and the material caused an allergic reaction ( I checked it on my arm and never put on) I wish to return the bra but they will not give me an address . The tracking shows it originated in Hong Kong. I think it went to Rumania next etc… how to avoid tariffs??? No more shopping on the internet!

The bra didnt fit. The slip inside the parcel says you can contact customer service for a refund bit they dont give you any contact details. When i finally got hold of them they would not give me a refund. Its a complete con. Please dont buy from this dreadful company.

Took over 6 weeks to arrive. Both bras were unwearable. The cups inside were so deformed they could not be worn. I sent pictures etc and the company offered £2 compensation. Then £4. Then £7. The order was £37!

They basically said accept it or pay the extortionate return fees. According the company there is nothing wrong with them. Honestly… the dents and lumps and bumps are awful.

When I ordered the product, I paid $8.99 US postage. When it came to the door, I was required to pay an extra $7.95 postage due. I felt hostage ,as I had already paid so much for the bras itself. I paid the $7.95 ,opened the package only to be supremely disappointed with the bra. As others have said the inserts are crumbly and will not smooth out. I took them out but of course what is the point of that? Also the bottom wide band keeps rolling up and a seam on the straps runs into your skin… all in all a terrible product. There’s no recourse ,I have tried contacting the company and you just get the runaround. I hope this will help other people not ever order this product.

Really cheap looking and feeling bra. They sent me a small size and is not what I ordered. I would try for a refund but judging by these reviews I won’t bother and chalk it up to experience.

They promise a refund if not happy. They offered me £4 refund when paid £33.
Emails to and fro for almost 2 weeks. Sent XL size when I ordered 38GG. The sizing chart enclosed with the goods doesn’t even go beyond F cup. (XL equates to 38C/D cup). Told me to give the Bras to someone else and if I didn’t accept their revised refund of £11, to get a full refund I would have to return them to China at my own cost.
I haven’t as yet received any refund amount.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

If I was able to give a minus rating I would.. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered a more tha large.size received M... absolutely no use to me at all. I would be surprised if my 13year old granddaughter could make use of it.. marketing is very crisp and looks like a professional outlet Do not be hooked I

I had to give a one star to be able to review but by choice would have been 0. Do not but these bras they are of poor quality not as described, they are scuba material with a pad in them. They do not fit correctly and when enquired about refund was told to pass to someone else and have £4 compensation. If you want to return for refund you have to send the item back to a Chinese address and pay postage. Despite the product not even being dispatched from China I presume.

Poor quality takes forever and will not refund. Don't buy at all trying to get a refund through PayPal.

Lieferzeit zulange 3-4Wochen. Reklamationen werden nicht beantwortet. Bestellte Ware in falscher Größe geliefert. Qualität könnte besser sein. Kaufempfehlung eher schlecht.

I have to put one star so I could review otherwise I wouldn’t have given them that product is a disgrace when I contacted them I was told I must have bought from a different company even though the product came with there card. Please just buy from credible brands American company and as fraudulent as trump

Don't buy from them, bras poorly made and sizes nowhere near what chart says. AVOID!!!

I ordered these in November and just got them last week. Actually it was only one. The sizing is way off and the padding that is in there does not lay flat and it has waves in it. I suppose I could take the panting out but that defeats the purpose of why I bought the bra. And I cannot get a hold of anybody

I ordered two bras. Both are ripped on the inside. I wished I had read the reviews before ordering anything from this two-bit, horrible, no quality website. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau.

Nothing but a scam !! Ordered the bras in a 5xl (42c) they’ve sent me a 3xl , that is of no use to me. Backwards & forward in emails, will they accept responsibility, No they won’t, will they offer a full refund No they won’t, they have said to give the bras to someone else, very unprofessional response.
So I guess what they say at the bottom of their card means nothing .
‘If it’s not a match contract the stores customer service for a refund’

Complete scam... ordered bras in 6xl and was sent M with NO WAY TO RETURN OR REFUND. $37.48 ripped off.

Never received the product. Emailed back forth for five months (so far!).

They are very, very bad! Would have typed sh!t but it isn't allowed.

Unfortunately I can't give a negative star rating.

Hubby bought me a watch for Christmas. Lasted three weeks then stopped working. Company offered no compensation then eventually seven dollars!!! Appalling company. Avoid avoid avoid.
