The hotbrush i bought was for my sister she wasnt in when i took it round but rang me when she got home said she didnt think it would have come so quickly, she has rung me since using the hotbrush and said its a really good brush by tresseme sotop marks all round from ordering to delivery and to using .

Though goods had not been delivered but found to be family (husband) error. Customer support were great.
Products had arrived in time and are exactly as ordered.

Never used this company before and came across it by accident but would certainly recommend and I will be using again

Fast shipping and notifications on time, it was good, but the item did not have a glove in each box, that made me so disappointed because it wasn't cheap at all, they could discount them.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service. I expected this product to arrive at the date specified but had to wait 2 weeks. I was hoping to take the tan with me on holiday to top up my spray tan. I was also asked if I wished a refund to which I replied yes. I did not receive any! Then received product which was obviously too late. Effectively ruined my holiday!

The item arrived in good time but was not the colour I ordered.
I have returned the incorrect item and now awaiting the replacement.

The company sent the wrong item but I was unable to contact customer service. Rang the phone number on 5 different occasions without reply. Sent emails without reply and used the online message service without reply. Looks like I'm stuck with the wrong item.

Don't use their online store. They DON'T process orders, but they take your money.

I ordered, you supplied the item I required quickly and efficiently.
