Bodycon have the most incredible online support. I had an issue with delivery and contacted them, they got back to me within 1 business day and had already rectified the issue. I will happily buy from this trusted company and recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 2 pieces and unfortunately they weren’t quite right, one was damaged, so I invoked the return process for both items, soon realising I had to pay $15 for each in postage (however I could’ve consolidated into 1 bag and paid once). I received a credit for both items less an admin fee (so not the full value) which was also a little disappointing. I used the credits to purchase another couple of pieces which I’m very happy with, so all-in-all a positive experience but I spent much more than originally planned.

Amazing, good quality skirts.

There are several things that I like about BodyCon. The dresses are fabulous once you find your size. I am normally a size small in other dresses and I wear an XL in body con. Now that I know that, I am really enjoying shopping with them. Their customer service team is outstanding and responsive. I am very pleased. I have purchased five or six dresses so far, and I’m sure there are more in store for me! One small negative is one can never predict when their dress will arrive. Sometimes it comes in a couple of days and sometimes it takes a month.

It was fairly easy to order and the fabric is good quality.

Very sad that Bodycon does not have a way to exchange a size without the customer paying. Very disappointed especially since the shirts and skirts do NOT run true to size. I am a true size 4 in everything I wear on bottom and a size small to xs on top and ordered a medium top that fit and the medium skirt did not fit. Too much hassle to order another skirt size that may not fit.

it said that my total was 88.97 but it’s actually charging me 91.63 without telling me why…

Product was defective. I took it up with BC team and they had another dispatched which arrived after I needed it. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I have one defective top that I don’t know what to do with and another I don’t want as the event I bought it for has passed and I’m out of the country for a month so can’t return it. Epic fail.

The products also came all the way from China with very poor courier communication, just said ‘sent’ and ‘delivered’. Pretty rubbish.

Just generally the merchandise feels cheap, plastic and like a waste of money. I’m regretful of having bought any of it.

Beautiful dress. It was just a bit too small - usually wear a large. Bought extra large.

Bought a size xl Isabella Bandage Midi Dress. Why would a bigger size dress have two tiny circles for the bust section. If you are an xl in a dress you're unlikely to have a bust size of AA. So unrealistic. Based in the UK so you're then charged for returns. The return process if you're based in the UK makes you not bother returning the item - the longest process ever!

Sizing on chest is way too small and if you return an item they charge restock fee

If I’d known I couldn’t get a refund for my order I would of never order now I have credit but still have to wait for returns label which has cost me an extra £20 to return to then wait to order another dress.

Return policy is that they don't - they offer store credit which is, as they know, fairly useless when buying online especially as they charge for returns and have long shipping times. For an online company in today's world, it's antiquated and frankly poor business (i.e. a money grabbing scheme). And they maintain they state it in the small print, knowing most people don’t read it / assume online companies would do returns in this era, and are therefore taking advantage of people’s good faith.

Quality is also not great. Fit is like fancy dress clothes on one of the dresses! Zip teeth break, buttons become wobbly and hems have unsewn within one or two try-ons.

Additionally - they’ll send you ‘a free gift’ like it’s a favour which speaks even more about their cost vs profit margins. Quality clothing companies very rarely do that. And they don’t need to.

Deserving of less than one star - should start listening to all their negative reviews!
